Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
Much better than the DIVINE CREME , only a drop works and you can notice it right away until the morning. If you 'd been using the VERY PRECIOUS CREAM which has been discontinued, this is the best option. with only a drop, it will last many months !

Quick Take: preventative
I have very sensitive, dry skin that reacts to many things - this product is one of the only things I don't change in my skincare regimen. It hydrates my dry face, reduces redness and irritation, and just makes my skin happier. I can't speak to the firming part since I've always taken good care of my skin - I don't really have wrinkles or damage to reverse even in my mid-30s now. I see it as a wonderful preventative that doesn't contain harsh ingredients that many anti-aging products do.

I thought this product was just okay. It was very rich and oily, but I didn't feel like the product was seeping into my skin as it should. Also, even though it was oily, I still had dry patches on my skin during the day. I know that the product is not intended to moisturize, but I honestly don't know how much my skin/wrinkles benefited from this product.

I tend to have dry skin in the winter months and this serum seemed to dry my skin out more which made it feel ultra sensitive. I felt the serum was TOO dry in it's texture when smoothing it on, not my cup of tea. I believe this comes in a lotion or cream also, which probably would be better for my skin. I returned my purchase for a refund.

To tell you the truth, I'm not quite sure how I feel about this product. I broke out from it (I'm 64) so that makes me wonder. I will use iit for a little while longer and see if I see any firming results, otherwise I will send it back.

My skin has never looked or felt better! I've used Shiseido, Dior, La Mer, Clarins, Estee Lauder, and skin care from Korea and Japan. A little goes a long way. My skin is firmer, smoother, radiant and feels like a baby's bottom!

Like getting a nightly facial

This serum is a fragrant oil that you massage into your face and neck, much like a facialist would. It is excellent! I alternate this with a retinoid from my dermatologist, but even when I don't use the retinoid, I feel that this totally nourishes my skin without clogging my pores. It IS an oil, so you have to be okay with that, but your skin just drinks it in and just GLOWs from this product. My skin has never looked better.

Does exactly as it says. A wonderful product and if you use it faithfully, you will definitely see some added benefits to you skin. It is pre-measured for you in the dropper so you can not over use. I use this at night with the precious cream. It does have a slight herbal smell, however, it does not linger. I highly recommend this product for a more youthful look to your skin.

I have very, very fair, very sensitive skin and this serum has helped with both dryness and redness for me. I use it at night before my moisturizer and it helps to reduce redness and irritation and to hydrate my dry skin.

I've been using this for a week and will definitely purchase again. th fine smile lines around my mouth-some accentuated by acne scars, are less noticeable. My squint lines (the horizontal line between my eyes) is the deepest and it has not really improved dramatically. the vertical lines between my eye brows are improved, but by the end of the day, they need another coat for sure. I don't see a huge difference in the lines on my forehead yet. Again, it's been a week. as soon as my old night cream is finished, I will start using the "very precious" night cream. Hopefully the improvements I've already seen will get even better. I use L'occitane's brightening regime in the morning and this at night. Love both.
I have fairly senstive skin-a little oily at times, too. No break outs-it's just been a week, but usually it would have started by now if i would get something.

I was very skeptical of this oil based product at first. It didn't sting or burn or turn my face red, so how could it possibly be working? But with time, I feel this product has really helped to smooth away some of my fine lines and my skin really does feel firmer! I personally feel that $52 is a steep price for a face product, but I bouth this in January and I have at least another months worth of product left. So it's a very good value for the money. The instructions say to only use 2 drops, but I use about 4. A little goes a long way.

This is oil based, which I was not expecting. It is still very light though. I have severe combination skin, dry in the T-zone, and this works very well with evening out my complexion. It makes me feel lovely and soft right before bed.

I am 40 with combination skin; my mom is 65 with dry skin. We are both very happy with this product and have been using it religiously since many years ago(It was called "Elixir"). It does smooth the skin and help getting rid of fine lines. It is a must have especially for us who live in a dry climate like So. Cal. It is an excellent product (price is good too!)

This serum is all natural, and it firms, lightens, smooths, anit-ages me. No little breakout. I would say it is fantastic if your face gets red too, sometimines. In the morning, your face is light and just GLOW. I use it alone at night. This is very magical and non irritating. Thank you L'Occitane!

I'm 54 and have been using this for a month and I can't tell any difference at all. The directions say to use 2 drops.....2 drops! I tried 2 drops and it wasn't enough to cover anything. So I've been using more than "2 drops". But I gave it 3 stars because it hasn't done anything bad to my complexion either. Not impressed at all. And I like L'Occitane products as a whole.
