Quick Take: creamy, highly pigmented
My mom has always been a fan of YSL, but was too stingy to get something like this for herself. Now that she's in her golden years, I felt it was appropriate to spend on something she would never dare to get herself. She fell instantly in love, I only hope she actually uses it.

I was really excited to purchase #17 Red Muse because it truly seemed like the perfect shade of true-red. When putting it on I loved the intense color - my lips matched the color in the tube so that was a good sign, I thought and good reds can be hard to find. I loved the immediate color however, after 20 minutes not only was all over my chin and teeth (yes I used a liner) but the color had dulled and turned into more a of a magenta pinky-red. After another 20-30 minutes not only was most of the color gone but it had turned completely bright pink. I cleaned all of it off with a makeup remover and tried again with no liner. Same results. Tried it another time the next day. Same results. Just not a good formula and too much color shift. I want a lipstick to last at least a few hours and such a drastic color shift in such a short amount of time is not acceptable for such a pricey item. Sorry YSL, I wanted to love you but I'm returning this one.

I was very intrigued by this light feminine pink lipstick && was hesitant to spend $34 on it, but I went ahead with the purchase and I will say it doesn't look fabulous on me per se. But someone with a much lighter complexion it probably would look amazing. I am just too naturally tan && with black hair, it just doesn't do what I'd hoped. Great on lighter hair && complexion, not so much for the darker hair && skinned ladies. Otherwise, the lipstick itself is amazingly pigmented && glides right on. Does not need several layers, very rich and creamy.

I have been searching for a good nude lipstick. I have very red pigmented lips and light skin. I have tried many lipsticks and lipglosses that were in the nude/light pink family but they just made my lips more red or it would be drying and fall in the cracks of my dry lips no matter how much chapstick i would apply before. Spending the money was definately worth it. It has a light pink color not exactly nude but it compliments my skin tone nicely. It is very pigmented which will help if you have red lips like me.

If you are ordering online, note that "nude beige" is more of a light neutral pink. Fortunately, that's what I wanted! It's perfect for fair skin that can't wear a true nude without looking dead. The formula of this feels amazing. It's silky and light as air, and melts on contact into a lightly sheeny fluid. The downside of the formulation is that it comes off quickly- less of a problem for me because I reapply lipstick several times a day without even thinking, but it might be a deal breaker for some. There is a scent, which is subtle and pleasant. I don't really notice it after I apply.

I'm totally in love with those lipstick, so smooth on lips and smell like mango (my favor fruit) . I have number #1 #13#15 love these colors so much and special peach passion #13 gorgeous color , look very good on my lips. Anyway I'll repurchase again when I'm out <3

I love the fact that it has spf. Though it is not particularly moisturizing, it does have staying power (the trade off)

my god, where do I begin. 1st the only reason I purchased this was because I received a $100 gift card for my bday from my sister which I must say was one of the BEST gifts I've ever gotten because this lipstick is to DIE FOR! I would have never spent over $30 on a lipstick (in my current financial situation - if I hit the lotto then yes!) I have never ever tried a lipstick so luxurious in my life and I am a pro makeup artist and have tried plenty! But this is hands down top notch #1 lipstick in my book. This is the absolute PERFECT nude on my medium-tan yellow undertone complexion. I'm obsessed. seriously ladies, save $10 a week for 1 month and GO GET ONE!!!

Curiosity got the best of me here. I like it, but not in love. This feels nice on, but has a short wear time for me. It feels kinda thin when applying too. Not amazed. The best part is the packaging. Not worth the money.

I will have to purchase another color. I ordered the No. 1 Nude Beige... And for me, it did not come out quite as 'nude' as I would have preferred. With that being said, the lipstick itself went out smooth and felt nice.

The lipstick is very creamy but not very moisturizing. If you want to apply this lipstick nice and even, you definitely need a brush. Otherwise, it won't look good and also makes your lip so dry that is not pretty. But overall, this lipstick has a lovely scent and is kind of long lasting.

I've been using this lipstick for probably 5 years now, and I love it. It smells awesome, stays on, doesn't feather, and almost sets to a stain so you have color on your lips, even after long wear. As long as they make it, I'll buy it.
