I started using this in 2004, and have tried other products but they don't compare-I don't have bad skin, so don't need foundation-I just wanted something to make it a glow a bit and this does it-It's so light and is not heavy on the face at all-Yet I think if you have oily skin you shouldn't use it- I was using Armani Face Fabric and it doesn't compare to this product so I went and bought another tube-
If you want a touch of color with some glow this is the way to go-I use this and some lose powder and I'm done-

Does exactly what it claims. Totally worth the money! I have Golden sand, and in the Florida summer, it's perfect. I use it alone after my skin cleansing regimen. Lightweight, great coverage of large pores, discoloration and blemishes. And gives a hint of shimmer, not teeny-bopper shiny, but healthy glow. BUY IT!

I use this when just puttering around town. I throw it on with some mascara, lip gloss and bronzer. I've gotten some compliments on my skin with it on. So I must say it works well. Although it's too expensive for me to continually want to buy.

A good corrector for the color of skin- 06.10.09
although it has not the ability of defense of sunshine, it provide a good appearance of the clor of skin. Excellent!

This product feels like silk on my skin!! Good base coverage. Even though this is an oil free product, I have developed a lot of black heads and breakouts. Not sure if this product is contributing to all of this or the summer weather! But overall great product

Quick Take: moisturizing, great light weight coverage, does not settle in wrinkles, easily applied, small amount goes a long way
You'll love the light weight texture, coverage and staying power of this YSL product. The shade Enhancer 4 is more on the peach/pink side than shown in the picture. So if you have roseaca it may exacerbate the color pink in your cheeks. Howerver a I have roseaca and the calming power of this product tones down the red.

Good highlighter...- 12.27.08
About the only use I could find for YSL's Complexion Enhancer for me is to use it as a highlighter. I have very oily skin and this has too much of a shimmer to it to use all over my face because I feel like it makes me look oily. However, if I use it sparingly I can apply as a highlighter to my cheekbones, forehead, bridge of my nose and chin and it works very well. I probably will use this until I run out and not buy again since highlighting is the only benefit I get from this.

Makes an Excellent Primer- 11.22.08
This product is a great multi-tasker. It can be used as a sheer foundation, a primer, or over the top of foundation. As a primer, it provides the perfect base- it evens skin tone, & also helps my foundation last longer. It applies like butter, & spreads & blends very easily. I have #3 Champagne & it gives a very slight shimmering golden glow (I have medium skintone). I can see other colors working for me as well. This is the first primer I've ever liked, & I've tried MANY. Love YSL!

Quick Take: a great foundation to start your makeup
I have used this product before and am coming back for more. For a little coverage to even out your skin tone or to mix with a foundation to thin it down a bit works amazingly. It gives a velvet canvas to put makeup on.

YSL and me: It's officially love- 10.15.08
Quick Take: shimmery, perfect for highlighting, gives a natural glow, can be used for face and body
I use this in shade 8, Tan Glow. I've found it's a bit too shimmery to use all over my face as a general skin brightener, so I just use it as a highlighter: I dab a bit on my forehead, cheeks, bridge of my nose and chin after applying YSL's Radiant Brush foundation and it gives me a gorgeously luminous, natural-looking, tanned glow. I also mixed some with my body lotion and put it on my legs the other day when I was wearing a skirt and I got a few whistles! This stuff is perfect for those with deep/dark skin tones who want to look more radiant.

Great Skin Brightener- 09.14.08
Quick Take: sheer, luminescent
I have used #4 for years and it is a great skin brightener. Whether worn alone or under foundation, it evens out my skin tone and keeps me looking fresh all day. It is very sheer so the result is natural-looking. I have combination skin and this product is comfortable and stays on all day - even if the weather is very dry or very humid. Highly recommended!
