Usually the Sephora staff is plentiful, pleasant and helpful. At this purchase I had to hunt down someone who appeared not in the mood to help but briefly and begrudgingly looked for the product I was seeking. After quickly scanning a drawer she said they were out of the product and to try back on Thursday. When I asked if they would be getting the product I was wanting, she said they never know what they will get and can't request anything. I planned to spend $400+ on restocking things I use but put back 2 Dior mascaras and left with only 2 more Dior mascaras. A week later I called the Victoria Gardens and Montclair stores looking for the missing products but they still were not in. What happened to customer service? What happened to friendly attitudes? I sent a complaint to the company online, got a brief response stating I would be hearing from someone locally but have not heard anything further. I may order online from now on directly from the product lines, not Sephora and avoid your stores. You may have lost a VERY good customer!

Love It, Love It, Love It- 11.21.09

Hands down, the best mascara ever. I've tried so many different types in the past, and there's no beating this. Gives you huge perfect lashes every time, and no clumping ever!
I recently decided to spluge on this mascara, and im SO happy that I did. The brush is great, and I was really able to fully coat all my lashes. It gives nice separation, but also a lot of length and fullness. And it lasts all day, it doesnt crumble off like many of the others. It also didnt irritate my sensitive eyes. I highly recommend this mascara!!

Great mascara!- 11.19.09
Quick Take: defining
Oh, I have been out there on the mascara market for a while now - just looking and looking, I tried EVERYTHING, all the brands, drug store or high brand - and I haven't found anything this good yet! The closest one that I've been using for about 2 years before was the also from Dior, the DiorShow mascara, but the new Iconinc mascara is EVEN BETTER! Everything I need: separates my lashes, defines, thickens. I have long lashes, so I don't really need lengthening. I found that if I put a mascara primer before applying this, I get much better results with the thickening (that's true for most mascaras). I usually put 2 layers of the Iconic on top of the primer, and it delivers fake-lash looking quality of separated, thick, black, REALLY DEFINED, gorgeous lashes. I LOVE IT!

Since I started wearing this, I get nothing but compliments! It looks as if I am wearing false lashes! This stuff makes me wish I was able to wear contacts, so I could show off my eyes, instead of hiding them behind glasses.

I am in love with this mascara. I have NEVER bought the same mascara twice, but I think I might have finally found a rebuy. The brush size is perfect for top and the little bottom lashes, volumes without clunks, and lengthens without making my lashes spider-wiry. I got this with the samples of baclout and diorshow, which has big soft brushes, which was nice too, but this shorter brush made it a lot easier to get to the root of my lashes, without having clean off.

Iconic Mascara is OK- 11.16.09
I tried the new Dior mascara and found it to be just OK. Don't know what the big hype is about it but I am going back to my old tried and try Lancome Cil Booster and Lancome Mascara

This is my favorite mascara now! When I bought it, I honestly didn't believe the hype about about how it curls your lashes. My lashes are very straight and no other product has managed to hold a curl quite like this! The formula feels like a dream, too. This is honestly my favorite part of my make up routine these days.

This mascara has a different type of brush that doesn't seem to leave the clumps on my lashes. I have very sensitive eyes and wear contacts, and it curls my straight lashes as well. The waterproof version stays on great

It makes my lashes look like they're falsies! But theyre really REALLY not! ahha I get compliments on my lashes ALL the time!, and usually--even more with this mascara on! PS: lol..kinda random--I saw Marjorie from ANTM (America's Next Top Model) at Sephora today...I asked her to take a picture with me and she's like "I'd rather not"...-___- haha! She does not have the model personality whatsoever!! I mean look at Chanel Iman & Caridee! They take pics with fans all the time! (: PPS: I put on this mascara in the car ! So today's looked a BIT clumpy Dx

All mascaras dont make my eyes the way i want them to look but this dior mascara i do love it, it makes it longer and i do wish it was more volumized but i just use another kind of mascara over it if i want them more volumized but i do love how this mascara isnt clumpy AT ALL i love it <3

Even though I have dark hair, my lashes are pale, short, and stick straight out (no curl). I used to use Dioreyes years ago and when they stopped making it, sadly made do with Lancome's definicils and/or hypnose, after trying every other conceivable mascara gimmick, including Diorshow, those liquid tube formulas, and other weird shaped brushes. After much back and forth, I finally tried the Diorshow Iconic and am really glad I did. It gives my lashes curl AND length, and doesn't clump because of the awesome brush/comb. Just add another coat if you want volume. I still use my curler, but my lashes finally fan the way they're supposed to!

Quick Take: lengthening
I usually use the original DiorShow, but after my friend raved about Iconic I decided to buy it. It is still a great mascara, but I like the original better. I don't like the plastic/silicone ? bristles, it can make my lashes clumpy, and the formula is harder to remove. Save the 2 or 3 bucks and stick with the original, it changed my life!

I LOVE this mascara!! I have eyelashes that are straight and short and this not only lengthens them but gives that volume that makes my eyelashes look fake!! I will never use another mascara again!! I don't know why people are saying that it falls short and isn't a great product.. This mascara is truly amazing!!

Generally, all of there mascaras, i believe are terrific. This one in particular is my favourite. It lengthens from edges to the middle easily. It doesn't clump and it volumizes.

Hated dior show, dior blackout, and this!!!!- 11.11.09

I wanted to try and give Dior some credit. I hated Dior Show, and wasn't a fan of Dior Blackout either. The sales lady recommended this after I said I would try something new! I have pretty lengthy eyelashes already and this didn't do anything! no more thickness or length just added mascara to my lashes. the brush was awful. I am sticking to YSL- it is AMAZING!!
