This is the best hair product.The shampoo lathered better and cleans your hair better than any other product I've tried. I have spent a lot of money over the years on hair care with minimal results, but this stuff works and works well.

I have to admit, "dirt" for your hair sunded cool. This roduct is NT for folks who have long, straight hair. MY bad. The clarifying shampoo was very watery and didn't feel like it was clarifying at all. The other two bottles made my hair feel weighted down, and it looked greasy instantly. I had to wash it out and use my ld products. These products may work well on short, spikey cuts, to help show definition, but be careful bot to use much.

Quick Take: good value, great for travel
Have been using Dirt since it came out. Love it for my spiky har. Tried hairspray. Not happy with the way the spray blasts out of the can and only hits one area at a time. Shampoo makes my hair feel cleaner.

Bought to try spray dirt. love the smell and the texture it gives my hair. I really like the shampoo, too. The dirt paste is rather stiff --needed alot to emulsify.

The smell of them is just too strong. The clarifying shampoo does make my hair very shiny though. But I can't even use the hair spray or "dirt" because they just smell too much!

Jonathan Product's Get Dirty! Kit is a good kit for a quick fix such as throwing in your gym bag or if you know you'll be staying over at a friends. Pretty good overall cleaner, but defnitely not the best I've ever used.

I'd been looking at the Coiff line of Fekkai (love their glossing shampoo & condition) and the Sephora rep introduced me to Jonathan. I do give in when it comes to the hair but want to still maintain financial integrity.
This kit was really a smart move. After 2 days, I've had a chance to sample the products and, honestly, today was one of the best hair days I've had in a long, long time! Lots of bounce, shine, yada yada...and I have very distressed hair that's colored/highlighted on a regular basis.
KEY to Dirt is emulsifying in your hands first...don't dare think of using it without first working a small dab in your hands until it's very warm and pliable. Spray Dirt is trickier, although, if you have short or medium, layered hair that has that "messy" flair, it's perfect. I actually like it and wasn't sure I would. WARNING: You can easily overdue Spray Dirt...use wisely.
Detox is great and reminds me of another very popular vegan "hippie" type company's shampoos that I've bought in the past. Careful...consistency is thin. It would be smart to repackage in a nozzle-head bottle or such in order to conserve and prevent shampoo from hitting the shower floor before it hits your head. Just my two-cents.
Very good deal and worth it for the opportunity to dabble in the dirt!

This set offers 3 great products in fun, easy travel-ready sizes. The clarifying shampoo is one of the best I've ever used, I use it once a week, the Spray Dirt is great and gives my hair the look I want when paired with classic Dirt. I have not been able to achieve the piecy look as easily with other products, I always come back to these.

The products in this kit are just the right size for throwing in your bag -- gym, travel, work. I especially like to use the Spray Dirt for touch ups before heading out after work. Dirt (paste) gives your hair texture & definition without weighing it down. The Clarifying Shampoo cleans thoroughly without leaving your hair feeling stripped like some do.

This kit is great if you want to try the products without buying the full sizes.
I was looking for something that would give me texture without a lot of weigiht. The Spray Dirt is great in that regard.
The paste is stickier and heavier (as expected), and works well too. It's good in the winter when everything's so dry, but I've moved to using Spray Dirt only for spring/summer.
You just have to remember to start off with as little as possible and build. Otherwise, your hair could get weighed down quickly.
