Quick Take: refreshing, nice scent
I bought this product when the sample size was a daily deal at $9 to help get my order to $50 for free shipping. I had been wanting to try a setting mist and the fact that this was also a rose water type one made it perfect.
I have dry skin, and in spite of the alcohol, I don't find it drying at all. In fact, it makes my skin glow and look dewy.
It is very refreshing as well. I keep it in my refrigerator ad apply it before I put on my make-up.
The smell is a little strong at first, but it fades quickly leaving a subtle rose scent behind.
I love this product, but it isn't a must have. Because of the cost, I probably won't buy again unless I have money to throw around. I'll just make my own rose water instead.

I have never used a mist for my face, but I have truly enjoyed using Jurlique's Roesewater Balancing Mist. First, the scent is absolutely amazing; it smells exactly like roses without any other lingering scent or any other scents mixing in. I like blotting my face in the afternoon and following it with the mist instead of reapplying any makeup. My face looks refreshed, and my makeup looks great. The mist is fine enough not to make me look blotchy or to make my makeup run. The mist would also be a great start before serum and moisturizer.

Honestly I wasn't as impressed with this as I was hoping. True, it does smell nice and refreshing, but I couldn't tell any difference whatsoever in my skin after using it. It didn't dry out my skin or irritate it, but it was just so ho-hum. It's basically spraying watr on your face.

Truth is I'm not in love with this because It is pricey but I gave it five stars because it does everything it says. I bought it out of curiosity and I do like it, I just don't absolutely need it. If you do, you should definitely try it out.
Plus it smells like roses mmm

Ingredients are needlessly irritating

Quick Take: irritating, drying, overpriced
The second ingredient in this is alcohol which will both irritate and overdry your skin, causing it to produce more oil, not mention damage your skin! Add to that, its heavy dose of irritating essential oils and fragrance and you've got a recipe for disaster. All of Jurlique's toners are similarily made and should be avoided.

I really wanted to like this based on the reviews and a magazine article I read on it. The scent is great-but I love rose scents, so I don't find it overpowering. I spray it on before my moisturizer, but in the 3 weeks I've been using it, I'm not noticing any dewey glow or better tone...I don't know. Maybe I'll try it over my moisturizer and foundation like others have suggested. I'll contimue to use the bottle I have now, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Quick Take: soft, refreshing
This mist wakes me up in the morning and helps we refresh during the day. I love it so much I gave it to my Pilates and Core Strength instructors for Christmas. It's just the right amount of fragrance and the mister is a wonderful fine mist that sits nicely on the face so that one doesn't feel like it's dripping off.

I tried Jurlique Rosewater after reading about it in one of the magazines. It was a "scentsational" experience. I felt I was back in the Mediterranean sniffing the wonderful roses by the island sea coast and at the same time gave my skin a dewy glow!

I tried the trick of spritzing over make-up and then setting with a tissue and didn't notice a huge difference. I then tried using moisturizer, then spritzing with this, then putting my bare minerals over it, and that really made my skin glow. I can live without this stuff, but it's a nice treat if you don't mind spending the money.

I was not impressed with this product. It made my skin feel dry. One of the main ingredients is alcohol so if your skin is oily is would probably be fine. If you have normal or dry skin it isn't the best solution.

Lovely, real rose fragrance. A light spray of this remarkable liquid all over my face and decollete has reduced the redness from my rosacea and makes my skin luminous if I apply on top of foundation. Lovely product.

"Balancing" says it all

I live in the Northeast, where my skin is often going from intense heat to air conditioning, or freezing cold to very warm indoor climates. The balancing mist helps my skin make sense of all of this--seems to just kind of help it relax and not overcompensate for one thing or the other, and lets my other products do their work. Really good stuff. I like that it is simple and not full of chemicals, too.

I spray it onto my face in the morning before putting on any moisturizer, it helps to soften and hydrate my skin. However, the mist has a very strong rosy scent to it. I also think it's a little overpriced.

I am really enjoying using this hydrating mist. It does a good job of what it is intended to do. I spray it on right before applying my moisturizer, and I feel that is helps it spread better and gives my skin more moisture to lock in. I wish it were not so expensive, May repurchase, depends on how long it lasts.

When i think about rosewater, i think of the 60's although i was not yet born. It smells awesome and makes my skin feel awesome. I am so happy with this purchase and I will buy this one particular product over and over again.
