When I ran out of my old moisturizer i stared using a sample of this just to avoid having to go out and pick up more, and I noticed after about a week of using it that my skin looked clearer and more luminous than it had since, well, ever really. Perfect weight, perfect moisture level for day or night.

Nice for cold weather- 11.02.09
Quick Take: very nice day cream
I like Jurlique products very much. This day cream is no exception. It has a very relaxing smell. It gives the skin a smooth and healthy glow. Be sure to use it in a proper way. You should warm a small amount with fingertips and gently press it to the skin instead of apply it directly. It feels greasy at the first seconds, but it absorbs really well and gives the skin soft touch and healthy look. It's perfect for cold weather, but might be a bit heavy for me for the summer. That's why I only give it 4 stars, might be better for dry skin.

I have dry skin and this is such a light moisturizer. It did nothing for my skin. It's much too light for someone in there late thirties or older. I have been using Dermalogica intensive moisture lotion for 8 years and have loved it, but thought I would give something else a try. Also, it is difficult to get all the product out of this tube. Its not plastic. Its an aluminium or something. NOT WORTH IT

Luxurious and balancing- 09.22.09
I really adore this cream! The smell is a bit strong, like roses and ylang-ylang, but I think it's relaxing and luxurious.
I was scared when I first squeezed the cream out, because it looks thick and oily...but it's actually light and smooth. I use a pea size dollop of cream and warm it between my fingers before using the press & release method to really pat it into my skin. I feel like this motion - as opposed to just slathering cream all over my face - really wakes my skin up and makes it feel plump and fresh. I do notice that sometimes my skin is a tad bit shiny after first applying, but this usually goes away within a few minutes. The cream absorbs well, especially overnight, and I think it works well as both a day and night cream. Also, it does not breakout or irritate my sensitive skin.
Going out on a limb, I'm also going to say this also works pretty well as an eye cream. I was trying to minimize my fluids on a recent trip, and only brought one cream with me. The scent is strong - so if you think this might aggravate or sting your eyes I wouldn't recommend it - but I felt like the little lines around my eyes were less noticeable the mornings after I used this.
My only complaint about the product is the tube it comes in. I really dislike these metal squeeze tubes, because they tend to spew out product, even when they're sitting with the cap on. I wish Jurlique would come up with a better way of packaging this fabulous product.

I have had dry skin for such a long time...and this moisturizer is AWESOME! The only thing I haven't liked about it is the strong smell. But I have gotten used to it. My skin is soft and smooth and it glows!

Perfect Day Cream for Combination Skin- 07.19.09

Quick Take: moisturizing, dewy glow, best as night cream
i got this as a delux sample. it's too moisturizing to wear during the day under makeup and it doesn't absorb entirely into my skin, kinda sits on top to give you a dewy glow, which I think is too much dew in the day. Since it has no SPF i'm not sure why it's a day cream. love the natural scent, not overpowering at all. it should be a night cream/night treatment.

Great for Combination Skin- 03.20.09
It's the best mosturizer I've found for combination skin. I tend to get clogged pores easily and it's hard to find a moisturizer that will hydrate and keep my skin clear. The Jurlique Balancing Day Care Cream does that for me.

Great Moisturizer- 12.28.08
Not sure why this is called a day cream since it has no SPF, but it's a great nighttime moisturizer. Soothing, hydrating, doesn't break me out and is full of high quality botanicals that add a glow to your skin. My only qualm is the scent. I know the fragrance is all natural, and this smells like ylang ylang, which I personally don't like, but I keep using this because I love the results.

Jurlique Magnifique!- 11.27.08
Quick Take: magnifique!
I am very happy that Sephora is now carrying Jurlique products. This line is very natural and brings out excellent results on my skin. It has helped keep my face firm, hydrated and shinny! :) Even though this is a Day cream, it does not seem to have SPF, therefore I have been enjoying it at night too. (it has replaced the Kheils product i had been using for years!) One more thing, a little bit goes a long way.
