Great for Sensitive Skin
-03.08.13
Quick Take: moisturizing
I started using this after I kind of killed my sensitive skin with a too high of an AHA product. This left my skin feeling soft, not irritated and just better. I'm not sure it is a holy grail product as the scent is very heavy yet natural, but I can still smell it awhile after I have applied for the evening. I still have to use a moisturizer over it some days but I wait a bit to see if the product will need a bit of a moisture boost before I automatically reach for moisturizer. My skin is just ultra dry, especially in the winter, this would be fine for normal skin without an extra moisture bump.

It's a serum-gel
-11.28.12
Quick Take: hydrating
Skin type: Occasional cystic acne, rosacea
It doesn't increase acne, irritate the skin, or leave your face feeling smothered. It's a very light and comfortable gel that wears well under -- or in place of -- a moisturizer.

It's still works great
-12.07.11
Quick Take: soothing, potent, gentle, works
Here's a 6 month update. Jurlique products are still amazing. They're at the time of purchase, but they last sooooo long. I just finished the Soothing Herbal Recovery Gel that I purchased in June. That's 6 months! Over time, this system is cheaper.
I still have some breakouts because of environment triggers. I never would have figured out what they were had I not been using Jurlique. I can still say that Jurlique products NEVER break me out and keep working to the bottom of the bottle. Make sure you shake everything very well before you use it -- every time.
These products are my holy grail of skincare. I will never be without them.

Skincare Backbone
-07.30.11
Quick Take: heaven sent, does what it says, keeps working, soothing, healing, does not cause breakouts
I waited a month to review this product because that's when my skin rejects a product. Clogged pores, breakouts galore, redness, peeling, etc. Or it has stopped working. I looked in the mirror this morning and was so happy with my skin.
Soothing is the perfect name for what I feel after application. I can't do without this product and probably say that about most of Jurlique's products. LOL But truly for me this is the anchor to my skin care. That's what I've discovered in a month.
My skin is extremely sensitive, breakouts out if the wind blows wrong, shows hyperpigmentation with every pimple! Aaarg! And is combination. This soothes/soothes, conditions, and tones.
Revolution time!
I always thought a toner had to be liquid that I rub on. For me, this acts like the toner. The mist is the vehicle that adds the extra liquid so the two little pumps cover face and neck. Two little pumps? Well, I did say revolution. This reminds me of what I read about toner lotions, although Jurlique doesn't call it that. This whole brand made me rethink my treatment of my acne prone skin. I am so gentle with it now, and it is getting better and better every day.
Word to the wise, "press" like the packaging says.
Unless something my skin tells me different, this is where I'll stay. Did I mention everything in their line smells heavenly?! I feel like I'm at the spa everytime I wash my face. Thanks Jurlique.

Light hydration
-06.28.10
Quick Take: lovely texture
I like the texture of this gel for summer but I will probably buy the regular urlique recovery gel next time. I like the results better, although this soothing formula is probably best for sensitive skin

amazing soothing gel
-04.08.10
Quick Take: amazing soothing
I have super sensitive skin and am always in search of facial products that calm the redness and burning. Just finding products that don't have added "anti-aging" and other irritants is super hard now. This Jurlique gel feels cool and calming as soon as I put it on. It has also reduced my overall red patches and small whiteheads. It seems to have a slight firming and exfoliating effect without burning my skin. I use it with the rosewater mist which is much more soothing than the chamomile.
I do not really like the cleanser and moisturizer from the sensitive kit. For now, I am using Dermalogica for those steps.

The best thing i've found for my rosacea
-03.11.10
I really like this product. It has had the most positive affect on my uneven, dry skin with mild rosacea. it isn't a miracle product but it has helped more than anything else i've tried. it hasn't angered my hypersensitive skin and it has a lovely light smell. it isn't sticky, absorbs well into my skin and doesn't ball up under my moisturizer or makeup. a lovelym light texture. until i find that miracle product, i'm sticking with this

Not worth the money
-02.12.10
Quick Take: sticky, not worth the money, does not absorb quickly
I got this in the balance sensitivity kit and it was the one product I was not impressed with. It is super sticky and does not absorb quickly. If you want something that reduces redness the soothing day care lotion seems to do a lot better job and costs less.

Super soft skin!
-01.14.10
I recently got this as a sample and it is the best product I have used to date. It works great as a light moisturizer and my skin has never been softer! I love it!!! I will definitely be trying some of the other products!

I love this product
-01.01.10
Quick Take: pricey but worth it
I've been using this product since I was 25. I'm 34 now. I recently had a facial and the specialist was floored at how good condition my skin is in. She said, "you most certainly take care of your skin".
And the truth is, I just wash it with one of the Jurlique cleansers and I use this and the eye cream. {and stay out of the sun!] That's it! Occasionally, I'll exfoilate with something from Philosophy [like the mini peel pads] but other than that, it's Jurllique all the way. I have the skin of a 20 year old.
It's pricey, but so worth it. Use the press and release application technique for maximum results.

excellent source for skin recovery
-11.01.09
Quick Take: hydrating
This product is true to its description. I can use it alone or under my moisturizer, either way it hydrates my sensitive dry skin, it’s a cooling refreshing non-oily gel and I've seen a reduction of fine lines.

absolutely amazing.
-10.28.09
Quick Take: soothing, pore-refining
I first tried it as a sample and took it with me when I was visiting a friend. We stayed up pretty late and before I went to bed I washed my face as usual and massaged some of this gel in. I only got 5 hours of sleep, and usually this means that I wake up with some acne and redness. I woke up and my face was completely smooth and clear - the redness of the acne had subsided! I am totally in love with this product, and I recently purchased a bottle. I'm still experiencing the same effects with even less sleep (3 hours)!!

Love the feel of this!
-07.20.09
I wanted to try this because I love their eye gel. I love this as well! It makes my skin moist and soft. I have sensitive skin and have not had a problem with this at all. I now want all my cosmetics in gel form because they absorb fast and I feel they work better.

Don't waste your $
-07.11.09
Quick Take: not worth the $
I had high hopes for this because I think the eye cream is just short of amazing. But -- it did nothing for a lot of money....actually, that's not entirely true -- on day 3, my 40+ year old skin broke out like a teenager! So, I can't recommend this -- I returned it.
