This is the best acne spot treatment that I have found. Usually clears up blemishes in 2-3 days, but they are definitely less noticeable after 1.

Quick Take: gentle formula
I've tried proactiv & neutragena, but nothing helped my acne it just worsened it. This product actually began working after the first day, it does take a few days to clear though. I've only been using it for 10 days & the tube is half empty already.

My face broke out all of a sudden and i freaked. I tried everything i owned from a health food store. Finally i went i bought this and a few days later my face was back to normal. i do not know if it was this product or a combination of everything but as of now i will be keeping this on my list at sephora

I never had acne, other than the occasional 'monthly' pimple, until i turned 35. I tried alot of products, mostly the wrong ones, until I started shopping Sephora. This is a great spot treatment. There are a few others that are pretty good as well. I think you just have to find the right one- or ones for yourself. My acne doesn't go away overnight, but when I use this spot treatment twice a day, it goes away slowly without leaving a messy spot on my face. i notice the tenderness and redness dissipate when I use this, so I recommend giving it a try.

MY SKIN IS SO MUCH BETTER. RUB IT ON MY TROUBLE SPOTS NIGHTLY. SMALLER AND FEWER BLEMISHES..REDUCES BLEMISHES OVERNIGHT...THIS IS GREAT..GENTLE TOO!! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OTHER SPOT TREATMENTS!

Sulfur works great on my skin... Only problem is, it smells absolutely putrid. I only use this and the Retinol clearing lotion at night with a really amazing lotion during the day and fortunately it seems to be perfect for clearing my skin! Works awesome, would be 5-stars if it weren't for having to change out my pillowcases every single morning due to the stink.

I just can't tell how well this product is actually working for me... It takes a couple days for any blemishes to clear up while using this - and that's how long they take to go away for me normally.
It doesn't make me break out any further. It might speed up the process a tiny bit...
Bottom line: I don't feel like I should return the product. I'll just use it up, and probably try a different brand when I'm done with this one.

I'm 27 and still struggle with break outs... this spot treatment works wonders. It's very fast-acting, and still gentle enough on the skin that it doesn't dry out my skin and leave flakiness. Seriously the best $18 I've spent.

I just purchased this on monday 10/17/11 and it has been less than a week and this has done wonders for my breakouts and them little annoying scars it left behind after using the clinique 3-step system and i love this stuff!! its gentle on my skin i will be repuschasing when i run out! :) i was using clean and clear spot treatment but it would burn my skin badly, leave it red and make it itch so i bought this as an alternative and i love it this is a must in your skin care ladies ! :) i dont ever write reviews on items i purchase but i had to for all the philosophy products i have purchased!!

the only product i have found that works wonders on those deep, under-the-skin pimples that havent even come out yet and on the ones that are already out in the process of healing. a little bit goes a long way!
