Great Cleanser
-05.05.13
Quick Take: gentle formula, easy to use
I bought this to use with my beauty blender, but get much more use out of it as a brush cleanser. The cleanser de-gunks brushes with very little effort; it does a much better job than shampoo! You don't need a lot of cleanser per brush and the dispenser makes it easy to control the amount of product you use for each brush. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Amazing!
-04.27.13
This product is amazing if you have a beauty blender. I first bought the beauty blender and tried washing it with baby shampoo however that made it worse. So I finally bought this cleanser and it made my beauty blender like new! not one drop of make up left on it. I was thinking about throwing it away after how bad it got but this is what saved my beauty blender!

it cleans well but has an offensive odor. I want a product that cleans and smells good. Not worth buying.

Worth the Money
-02.26.13
I doubted this product at first. I brought my beauty blender without the cleaner. A few days later decided to try it, boy I am so glad I did. It cleans my BB like new and it also cleans my make up brushes.

Expensive
-02.21.13
Quick Take: conditioning, quick drying
The blendercleanser is a bit overpriced in my opinion, at $18.
It does get the job done but for the price really isn't anything special. I reccommend one of the Sephora cleansers instead for the same effectiveness at a better price. It does have an artificial fragrance as well which I am not a fan of.

Good product but..
-02.21.13
It cleanses my beauty blender efficiently. Though I have one tiny problem with the packaging. The bottle itself is made too impossibly hard to squeeze out the product. When I try to get it out upside down it releases barely one tiny drop or none.... So annoying!

Didn't think I'd need it, but...
-01.02.13
So, when I bought my beautyblender, I just figured I'd use my normal brush cleaner for it. I use Dr. Bronner's Castille Soap on my brushes, which is amazing!! However, for the beauty blender, I think it was a little too harsh and it was hard to rinse all the soap out of the sponge. So I caved and bought this after reading rave reviews here. It really is worth it. It cleans the blender so well, rinses completely and easily, smells nice, and the best part is that a tiny bit goes a long way, so this bottle will last forever.

So much better than baby shampoo
-01.01.13
When I first bought my beautyblender sponge I figured I would just use baby shampoo or something like that to wash the beautyblender after use. But I found that it didn't really get it clean. I tried the blender cleanser and was really surprised at how well it worked. I had a small bottle and used just a tiny bit every day to wash the sponge and it lasted a very long time. I finally bought a second bottle and I know that it will last a long time and take care of my beautyblender.

Best cleanser for the Beauty Blender sponge
-12.12.12
I was one of those that originally bought my beautyblender without the cleanser thinking I would just use my face wash to get it clean - WRONG! After hating the way my sponge looked, stained and spotty no matter how much I cleansed, I purchased this cleanser and the difference is night and day. The cleanser cleaned it perfectly and got rid of all the stains. My only complaint is the bottle is very hard plastic that you really can't squeeze so you kind of have to let gravity do some work to get the cleanser out. Also, the smell to me is like fresh ginger - that might annoy some but I'm okay with it. Overall I think this was a good buy and since I only had to use a little to get my sponge clean I think the price is worth it.

-11.28.12
This TRULY is the only thing that will get the Beauty Blender clean. It is totally worth the cost since you need so little - it will last forever. Haven't used it to clean my brushes yet, but I intend to. Love the lavender smell, too.

Cleans Beauty Blender really well!
-11.18.12
I bought the beauty blender thinking I didn't need the cleanser, but boy was I wrong! The blender cleanser works much better than other soap to clean the sponge, but I noticed it works the best on still-fresh foundation (meaning when the foundation is still wet after use) as opposed to a few days later.
As much as I like the cleansing properties of this cleanser, I HATE the bottle it comes in. The bottle is a very hard plastic with NO give whatsoever, so you cannot squeeze the product out like you are supposed to. Honestly I dread using this cleanser because it hurts my hand to squeeze the bottle so hard only to get a teeny-tiny amount out for my effort. That's why I gave it four stars.

Must have if you have Beauty Blender
-10.25.12
Quick Take: conditioning, gentle formula, removes makeup well
I bought beauty blender without the cleanser first, thinking this cleanser has to be a gimmick, I could just use any other cleanser. However, I was wrong.
This cleanser removes the foundation off my beauty blender much better than anything I have tried, like my gentle philosophy purity face wash, face oil, list goes on. This cleanser removes every traces of makeup without ruining the sponge. Also it's gentle for the sponge, and it's supposed to keep your beauty blender free of bacteria.
Also I have noticed with my other cleanser it was difficult to get all the suds out, so I had to keep washing and squeezing. This cleanser will make your life easier. Also you can use it to clean your brushes too.

Best cleanser!

I love this cleanser! I use it on all my brushes and of course the beauty blender. A little goes a long way, well worth the $. It makes my brushes squeaky clean and yet it's very conditioning.

Makes such a difference!!!!!!
-10.05.12
Quick Take: conditioning
So I bought the beauty blender without buying the cleanser, I thought using gentle hand soap and water would be fine. Boy was I wrong!!!! I have used the beauty blender for a month and tried washing it to get the foundation out and it never really got clean even after the first use. The foundation stained the beauty blender to look like a washed out pink color with darker spots on both ends that I used the most. The sponge still works amazing even though it didn't clean all the way. But I finally decided to just get the cleanser to keep my beauty blender clean so it would last longer and also I could use it to clean my other brushes. I got the cleanser today and OMG my beauty blender looks brand new again. I used less than a dime size amount on my sponge and lathered it with water. My sponge is the bright pink color again and it was a good purchase. My only comment is the price could be a little lower and I'm not loving the smell of the cleanser but its not awful and does its job. Love it

Excellent for removing creams and liquids
-08.31.12
Quick Take: gentle formula
This works really well on the beauty blender as well as brushes. I like to use this on my foundation brush, the beauty blender, lip brush, & eyeliner brush. It removes the creams and liquids quickly and without a fuss.

The only thing that gets the beautyblender clean!
-07.02.12
Admittedly, I was skeptical about this stuff - do I really need to shell out $17+ for a bottle of cleanser for my beautyblender? I opted out at first, thinking "Psssh, I'm sure soap & water works just fine!". WRONG. Tried a myriad of soaps, makeup removers, and brush cleansers in an attempt to get my beautyblender clean, and none of them worked. I don't know what it is, but this stuff is really the only cleanser that actually seems to penetrate deep into the sponge and clean out all the foundation residue. Also seems to work pretty well as just a regular brush cleanser, too. I'm gonna deduct one star, though, because it's a tad pricey (although a little bit of the cleanser does go a long way!), it doesn't get the beautyblender looking just-out-of-the-package pristine (there's still a bit of discoloration on my sponge after cleansing), and the smell is kinda strange (it's lavender-ish, but smells starchy). Overall, I say if you're gonna get the beautyblender, go ahead and spring for this stuff, too - it's the only thing that seems to really get it clean.

Worth it!
-06.21.12
Quick Take: conditioning, quick drying, gentle formula
I usually don't spend the extra money on beauty cleansers, I usually use good ol fashioned soap. Well I tried dish washing soap and other types of soaps and it didn't really clean my BB well. So I decided to buy it and it's the only things that really cleans the sponge fully. I once tried to clean it with hand sanitizer and it was the stupidest idea EVER. It had alcohol which completely dissolved parts of my BB. Anyway, it's worth the extra money.
