Very nice well made set, but I wound up returning it. The brushes are nice, but small (only about 5 inches long and dual ended), and who needs 3 very similar black eyeliners?? The "look guide" is very very very basic too.
Good value if you don't already have eyeliner and brushes, I guess. Eh.

i thought this set was originally really expensive even for the sale price but wanted the variety of eye brushes that this offers. I LOVE the brushes and how they apply make up on so smooth. Even though the compact has 3 black lines, they are still all very useful and don't wear off as much as other shadows.
The mascara doesn't clump and the eye lash curler curls your lashes straight up. it really makes your eyes pop! i was a bit hesitant to get this but i love it!

This product was great, the brushes are nice, and the eyeliner and shadow are good quality. I absolutly love the mascara!! Its instruction booklet for diffrent looks was very useful, especially if your like me and new to using makeup, brushes and all. Would make a great gift.

Quick Take: good value, high quality products, best mascara, best liner, useful travel brushes
I was afraid I would regret paying so much for this eye kit, even though I bought it on sale. But I completely and totally LOVE this palette! Plus, the pans are interchangeable, so I can customize it, if I choose to. The Black Ebony Eye Liner works fantastically to draw a dramatic upper lash line--I'm in love with it right now. I've used that the most of all of them, but the others are good, too. The mascara is another highlight--it is the best mascara I have ever used, and I've tried them all. Nice bag, brushes, and bonus lash curler. Worth the money.

I purchased the Laura Mercier Eye Kit and never realized just how versatile this kit actually is. I have 4 teenage daughters and they all have found elements in this kit to use and enjoy. My personal favorite is the mascara and Black Caviar Eye liner. Fun to explore and try many new looks. Classic smoky eye or just a new everyday look.

The brushes are fantastic, so is the case and the liners/shadows. I tried using the eyelash curler, but I get better results with my trusted Shu Uemura one. The liners/shadows need explaining: the little circle one is an eyeliner that you use with the flat, broad brush. It stays put and is easy to use. The middle one is called Caviar and is in fact much lighter than it looks in the pan. You use this all over the eyelid and into the browcrease. The square pan is the accent color you use in the outer corners of your eyelids and in the crease. Be careful with that one because it is very dark and a little bit goes a long way. Practice a bit: you will get a lovely smokey eye. Don't forget to blend, blend, blend. The mascare works really well and fattens and lengthens your lashes. Great little set. I love it.

Love the brushes. High quality and so versatile. They are a little smaller than regular size but in my opinion long enough. They are doble ended which is very practical. I don't use the liners because they have talc and other ingredients I dont need. The eye lash curler works great and the cosmetics bag is beutiful and of good quality!

The bag and brushes alone are worth the cost. They are both high quality. The bag is well made and understated. I keep it in my work bag and am not embarassed to pull this out and make a quick trip to the bathroom, a far cry from those cheesy bags that usually come with makeup gifts. Tucked in the current LM limited edition palette and a blush brush and I'm good to go!!

I am so glad I bought this kit. I love the brushes! They definitely are a big help when working on that right eye look. All three of the eye powders are great, but I'm especially impressed with the cake eyeliner. It applies so easily. This kit really makes my hazel eyes pop. The kit also comes with instructions that I've found very helpful also. At the sale price of $75, its definitely a great purchase in my book!

I love this kit! I had been shopping around for a liquid liner that’s easy to apply and not too high maintenance. Although this is an eyeliner cake and you have to wet it, its easy and looks great! I def recommend this product. All of the other brushes, mascara, and eyelash curler in this kit are awesome too. Definitely worth the investment.

Usually when you order sets they bag they come with is flimsy and cheap, but this makeup bag is absolutely GORGEOUS. So much so I wish I had a reason to carry it around with me.
The brushes are small but are of very high quality and the eyelash curler works surprisingly well. If you've never used any kind of gel/liquid liner applied with a brush I wouldn't recommend starting with this set but so far I've found the eyeliner to be long-lasting and vibrant.

This set has everything for perfect eye makeup application for your eyes. The mini eyelash curler works surprisingly well. I've tried other mini curlers and the curl didn't hold. This curler does a great job. The cake eyeliners work great. I always have a problem with smudging but this stuff stays put! The kit contains every brush you need for perfect eye makeup application. It's a very good value considering makeup brushes on average cost anywhere from $15-40 each. The case is sturdy and well put together. I'm so glad I bought this set!

I really like the brushes, I had always wanted to try her burshes and this was a great way to get so many. I LOVE the eyelash curler. I had no idea that one could do that....I used to heat up my metal curler and pull out lashes, but no heating required with this one, pure awesomeness. The mascara is my new favorite...and I have try lots! I don't know what to think about the black shades though. I don't really see the point in having 3 different shades of black and they didn't seem to work well. Everything else was wroth it though...including the bag!

i have purchased 4 set of black and 4 set of brown eye design in the past year, amazing brushes i can not tell enough, amazing quality cosmetic bag and lastly the eye liner set, i dampen the brush then swipe over the eyeliner cake and apply inside the rim, under and over the eye, stays put all day and looks natural looking, love her line just try the eye shadows amazing i have tried many of the brands out there, the bobbi brown, channel, smash box, laura geller, bare minerals and on and on...

The eyelash curler is useless and I don't get the black eyeliner. I can't ever apply it without it running all over. I bought it for the brushes.
