I had the original primer potion and I loved it so I decided to try this champagne one. It works really well but since I get oily lids, I notice this one didn't help my eye liners stay as long as the original. But overall, this one has a very pretty finish. I think I will get a bottle of the original one also for days when I don't need a plain eyelid.

Again if you are a woman of color this is a must have , put this on and then Bobbie Brown cream eyeshadow in Beach Bronzed and on the water line use Stila Kajal Eye Liner in Topaz and Black on bottom and Stila Kitten as a highlighter and a soft gols or bronzed lipgloss and go.

I can't believe I've finally found something that keeps the eyeshadow on my eyes! I've tried other primers before that have helped some, but nothing like this. At the end of the day, I used to have a little color left in my crease and that was it. Now, my eyeshadow looks the same 8-9 hours into the day as it did when I put it on. And the primer color is so flattering so you even use it by itself!

This has changed the way I make up my older eyes. It makes a great champagne shimmer eyeshadow, and it stays all day on my oily lids. I add a little long lasting eyeliner (Urban Decay is my current fave) and I'm set for the day!
It's just amazing how such a simple product can make such a huge difference on make-up wear and appearance. I have tried the original UDPP and loved it from the first time I used it. However, if you have yellow undertones in your skin, like I do, the original UDPP is a bit too "pale" at times and makes light shadows look really light, sometimes unflattering. Well with this champagne tinted primer, you don't have that problem. My skin is classified as oily, so shadows normally "melt" off. This stuff makes them stay all day (and night). It's a make-up users must-have!

I love this primer. It's great because it's different and has color to it! I can wear it alone and it's so pretty yet still natural looking. I also have the original and like it as well. I just really think they need to improve the packaging since so much gets wasted at the bottom.

Now a makeup drawer staple for me. Love it and love that I can wear it as an eyeshadow on days I don't want to put in a lot of effort. Great stuff. I was using the Smashbox Photo Finish primer and I liked it a lot, but after using the UD Potion in Sin, it just seems...yawn...boring.
I use this as a shadow primer and brow highlighter on a daily basis. I dot it on lightly with the applicator and then smooth it from lash line to brow with my fingertip. Takes a few blinks to dry enough to add eyeshadow, but if I'm in a hurry I just skip that, add a little mascara and I'm ready to go. This primer magically makes shadow (even messy loose powder shadow) and liner last all day without creasing.
For those who are worried about shimmer, take a chance and try this stuff. It goes on very light, so you can start with a very thin layer and build up if you want more coverage. I find that it gives a little glow without being glittery or garish. I'm in my 40s and haven't outgrown sparkle so I will sometimes add a bit of glittery shadow, but that's just me being quirky.
My one and only complaint is the bent tip on the applicator. I have no idea why they'd do it and it makes application a bit awkward. But it's a great product so it still gets 5 stars.
