Why this box is great: (1) well made wood box (or wood like) (2) smooth gloss finish (3) heavier than you think so sits well on the counter (4) well made base (5) velvet lined.
I purchased three of these. One for brushes, one for my husband's items, one for q-tips, cotton balls, etc. Very modern and sleek looking.

Quick Take: useful, stylish
it works out well for your brushes. The fact that it separates into 3 compartments is a huge PLUS! I hate having to dig around looking for a tiny brush because one of my face brushes is hiding it. And it is definitely more stylish than using any old regular container. It's a bit expensive, but whatever. Still love it!

Quick Take: attractive
I own a dozen or so MAC brushes & keep them safe from damage with this holder. This & the makeup station (in white) are 2 of the best purchases I've ever made from Sephora - my bathroom counter looks great! If you're going to invest in great quality brushes, do yourself a favor & make sure you have a good place to store them.

I have been waiting for a company to design something durable but chic for the storage of brushes. I am a makeup artist and I have so many brushes. This box is perfect to separate your brushes so they are easier to get. Especially in the morning when you are running late.... like I am usually.

Just What I Needed

I was in dire need of a brush holder and this matches my room perfectly. It's nice, sturdy, and has plenty of room. My only (tiny) complaint is that it is a bit pricey for it's size, but it is of a good quality. You definitely won't find any flimsy materials holding this together.

i love this, it is perfect. i have a lot of brushes and this box actually makes it look like i don't have many at all. i use two of the compartments for face and eye brushes and the third is where my mascaras and eyeliners go.
it actually looks really nice on my counter when my brushes are clean, lol. it's nice because i like to show off my collection. i have this in black, and it's really pretty and glossy and very easy to clean. it had kind of a funky smell when i first opened the box, but it went away within a day of letting it air out. i'd prefer this be cheaper, but what can you do.
i think i'll be buying more make up organizer things like this.

Sephora Brand's large makeup brush box is exactly what I needed. I bought the small one to start with and returned for this one. If you have a lot of brushes I would recommend this one. It saves a lot of time digging around for brushes...great organizer.
