I've been looking for a beautiful compact mirror for ages! Every one I found was either too expensive for my budget or had makeup in it. When I found this one at Sephora it was the last one they had in stock and I quickly decided I was not leaving without it. So far it has passed the test of surviving my jungle of a purse. i would recommend it to everyone.

Gorgeous Mirror!

Quick Take: gorgeous, elegant, classic, sturdy, functional
I ordered the green and blue design, and it's just lovely. It's survived swimming around in my purse with pens, nail files, iPod, etc. for several months without getting dented or compromising the clasp.
I took off one star because it came with a slight imperfection on the face, but it's hardly noticeable and doesn't hurt the functionality - it's still a great portable mirror!

Quick Take: shiny, sleek, compact, unique, beautiful
i'm really happy with this mirror compact, its so pretty and shiny on the outside. It's fancy, sleek design makes you want to use it all the time and when you do, it always catches other people's eyes because it's so unique.
The fact that it clasps shut, keeps the mirrors from getting dirty or scratched, while the hinge doesn't stand out and obstruct it's round shape or get caught on fabrics. The metal casing also protects its mirrors from pressure or hard impacts which would otherwise crack a plastic cased mirror.

Quick Take: elegant, great value
I got this on sale for 9.00. I love this compact. Simple and elegant, and perfect for touch ups. I love that the hinges are sturdy enough for it to stand on it's own while you're applying makeup etc. One side is magnified. I don't particularly love that "Sephora" is etched on one of the mirrors inside though, but I can live with it. I purchased the silver one with green/blue pattern. My only regret is that there wasn't one in blue/purple, or I would've gotten it instead.
