Best dry shampoo out there.- 03.17.10
Quick Take: hydrating, smoothing, rich
FF's Au Naturel Dry Shampoo is the best one Sephora has to offer. It's in powder from, doesn't come in a spray and is very effective in removing the oils from your hair. This is great to take out camping or when a shower is not available to wash your hair.

awesome product- 03.04.10
Quick Take: clean
Easy to use, helps keep hair in great shape in between washings. Be sure to apply lightly at first, then add more as needed, otherwise it will look like you dumped baby powder in your hair! I would be lost without my Fekkai dry shampoo!

My new best friend- 02.28.10
Since I found this, my life is so much easier! If I'm in a rush or putting in a bunch of hours at work, I get an extra half hour of sleep by putting some of this in my hair in the morning and then running out the door. No crazy scent, natural ingredients, and NO scary ingredients at to more stars in my book.

Frederic Fekkai Au Naturel Dry Shampoo- 02.28.10
Quick Take: smoothing, volumizing, cleansing
I feel like I've tried every dry shampoo there is, and this one is by far the best. It makes my hair look washed and voluminous on days I don't wash my hair. There is no scent which is great because so many dry shampoos have a pungent over-whelming smell. This instead, neutralizes hair odors so its perfect.

I did not like the smell to this product. I have tried several other dry shampoo's, and this is my least favorite. It works great at drying up the oil, but the it has a smell that makes my hair stink.

Best dry shampoo out there- 02.19.10
Fekkai's dry shampoo is amazing...i love love it :) the only adjustment i would make to is...is if they had a darker powder instead of white...for those brunettes and redheads out there. I know they have the spray shampoo for dark hair...but the powder works much better...and its natural :) its the best!!

It was okay...- 02.19.10
I don't wash my hair every day, and this was recommended by a friend...as a powder dry shampoo, I just didn't find it did much for my hair, and it's a bit clumsy to apply. I found my hair more difficult to style when I was using this.

bought it before will buy it again!- 02.18.10
Quick Take: convenient
This is one of those products that is worth taking the time to write a review for. To minimize hair damage I try to stretch out time between washings, this definately can help you stretch it another day or so.
Dry shampoo is not quite the same feeling as freshly washing/styling you hair but it give hair extra body and get's rid of any greasyness near the roots so you can get away with it. It is the ultimate in both convenience and minimizing damage to your hair, so well worth it!
Dry shampoo can be a little hard to find anywhere so I appreciate that Sephora sells not only this but several different brands of it. I have tried other brands and had not noticed a big difference in price or performance. I bought a second travel size of the oscar blandi only because that was the only one offered in a travel size, they both seem to work just as well.

Still trying to decide which I like better---this or Oscar Blandi...but both are great. This doesn't make your hair staticky (which many dry shampoos do). It soaks up any oiliness and adds a little body. I like the container too because the product comes out easily...it doesn't get stuck or come out too fast. I recommend putting it on your fingertips and then in your hair though, and not directly onto your hair (unless your hair is REALLY light).
And if you're hair is darker than dirty blonde you probably want to skip it.

I love this stuff. I do have lighter hair, and I do have to make sure I brush the powder through really good, but MAN!! I went 4 days at one point without washing my hair! I gave it only 4 stars becuase it smells like gas to me.

great product!- 02.10.10
Quick Take: simple
It took me a couple times of experimenting before I figured out the right amount of product to use, but now that I have, I love this product. I have long, straight, dark hair that gets really oily if I don't wash it everyday. I would prefer not to wash my hair everyday because I have a sensitive scalp, but the oil used to prevent me from doing that. Not anymore, I love this product!

Good Stuff- 02.10.10
Quick Take: works!
I have tried dry shampoos that spray on and have permanent marks on my walls and doors from where it went everywhere! I really like the fact that I can just shake this on right where I need it and I only have to run my fingers through it before it spreads out to where you can't see it. It also works better that the spray that I tried in the past!

Did not like this. Smell is okay but very white (and I have blond highlights and I really had to blend it in). Tended to weigh my hair down. Prefer Oscar Blandi spray/powder.

Amazing for my fine hair- 01.28.10
As a fine haired girl, I've never been able to go another day without washing my hair if I didnt want it to look slicked. This dry shampoo is the best I have tried and it keeps your hair looking fresh for the whole day.

Just ok, Ojon powder worked tons better for me- 01.25.10
Quick Take: just ok, didn't absorb that well, dull effect
I bought this & the Ojon powdered dry shampoo at the same time (I had used both testers in the store & didn't know which did what...really wanted to try dry shampoo so decided on both & would see which I liked better). This works just ok in comparison to the Ojon one for me. I feel like I use a lot more of the Fekkai & my hair still doesn't feel as great when I use the Ojon. I still feel slightly greasy (especially on the top & front of my hair) after using this. It helps, but it doesn't WOW me like the Ojon does. The Fekkai one does not add body for me; it seems to only absorb SOME of the oil. Ojon added body & thoroughly "cleansed" my hair. I was glad to try the Fekkai but I will not be repurchasing.

Great for when you're in a rush!- 01.17.10
Quick Take: smoothing, oil-absorbing
I've tried almost all of the dry shampoos that Sephora sells, and this is definitely my favorite. I do have blond hair, so I would say that affects my opinion; my dark-haired friends have tried this and said that the whiteness of the powder was just a little too strong and made their hair look dull and obviously powdered. However, for me, this works wonders. It's a very light, fluffy powder, and it is a strong white, but if you brush it all out thoroughly, your hair really will look as if you've just washed it the night before. I got into the awful habit of washing my hair every day because otherwise it just looks Hipster Greasy, not a good look for me. On the days when I just don't have time, though, I apply this along my side part and sprinkle it along the roots of my hair at the front (where it gets greasiest,) rub it in, let it sit a few minutes, then use a heavily bristled brush to brush it out. It adds just the tiniest bit of body, as if I've just blown out my hair, that lasts until I wash again. Do be cautious using this while wearing dark clothing, or using around dark fabrics. You'll need water to get it off. (Also, if you decide to travel with it, which I'd recommend if you have a long flight, make sure you pack it well- you don't want it all over your suitcase.) There's also no lingering smell, which I like, and which can't be said for others (Ojon, Oscar Blandi spray-on). For the price, the product lasts a very long time. I have had mine since July and I have more than half a bottle left. Whereas sprays dry up and aerosols can stick, a powder like this one doesn't really go bad or lose effectiveness (in my experience.) Overall, this is a very useful, effective product, and indispensable if your hair is prone to greasiness.
