YOu will find your body eliminating a lot of stuff.... Didn't help my skin break outs, as most of them are stress-related anyway. I found it to be good for my BODY in general.

HIGHLEY RECOMMEND- 08.26.09
After 5 day of taking this product I noticed a difference in my skin and as the days went by it got clearer, and seemed to glow. I have scaring from me picking at my face and that seemed to fade, I wasn’t breaking out at all and my face appeared almost perfect. I would highly recommend this product and am excited to use it again. My skins, texture and color both improved.

Really Makes a Difference- 04.06.09
I have had this product for a year now. The first time I used it, I didn't stick to the regimen and gave up about half way through the first course. Then, I tried to do it again, but still gave up halfway (I have trouble taking pills regularly). I stumbled upon the box about a week ago and decided I would stick to it religiously. I take two in the morning and two in the evening and I cannot believe what a difference in my skin. It has cleared up so much! I have great skin to begin with, but I'm always looking for more and being under a lot of stress lately I noticed I was starting to break out more than usual (hence my strict adherence this time around). My breakouts are gone. My pores are clearer and my skin looks overall brighter and better. I will continue to use this supplement religiously. It takes nothing to use it for 10 days, then stop and repeat in three months. Worth every penny and I feel and look great!

I am a big fan of Nude's products, but this one just didn't agree with me...it gave me an upset stomach and I didn't notice any difference in my skin. However, I was unable to finish the bottle because of the stomach upset so I probably didn't give it enough time to show improvements in my skin. Sorry, but I had to return this one.

I completely agree with the review below. Hands down the best skincare supplement I have ever tried. I'm really happy to see Sephora is now carrying it. My skin has never looked better - it has gotten rid of all redness and my skin is clear & glowing. This is a must have!

Quick Take: gentle and effective
I have tried many detox supplements and this is the best I have experienced thus far. It is gentle and did not give me an upset stomach or make me tired, like many often can. It has helped clear away the redness and blemishes in my skin but it also gave me energy. Simply, I feel clean inside and out! Great stuff.
