Not for Dry Skin

I wish this could have worked for me. The color match was perfect and the product was so silky. It didn't sit well with the dry patches on my skin. So I guess it would be great for skin that is normal to oily instead.

Love this as a finishing powder

I can use this as both a finishing powder or foundation when I'm quick out the door. I have to say this is my favorite finishing powder. This is the finest powder I have ever seen. Becasue of this, it leaves me with an airbrushed look over my foundation. I do wish they had more shades.

I returned this, since it really isn't much more 'amazing' than other powders that i already have. It is a nice powder, does not cause breakouts, and looks natural. However, a lot of powders also fill this description. If I didn't already have similar powders at home, I would have kept it.

fine texture, flawless finish, great finisher or as foundation. only problem was couldn't find a good match for my light asian skin, colors were too neutral based and not enough golden tone.

This powder has a gorgeous natural finish. I use it as a setting powder over tinted moisturizer or foundation. I find that I only need the smallest amount and itI doesn't look cakey.

That is what it looks like when this is applied - I absolutely LOVE this stuff! Expensive, but worth it and it seems like it will last for some time. I tried the lightest shade as I am very fair and it looks gorgeous on my skin - will definitely repurchase again!

I'm not a mineral makeup person, but I read so many good reviews on this that I decided to give it a try, and it's the best face powder I've used in my life, you can alnmost feel it as fresh water in your skin. It's really lighweight and buildable. I use it with some tinter mosturizer underneath and works wonders, it gives me a million dollar face. It has great staying power and I love the presentation. When I bought it it came in a special edition with a lovely small kabuki flat brush. Amazing!

I absolutely LOVE this powder. it feels amazing on my skin. My only complaint is the packaging. But I simply adore the powder! It almost feels like dewy on your skin when you apply it. Whether or not you are looking for a new powder, you definitely should go in store and test this. You WILL fall in love with it!

Gorgeous powder

Love this powder so much. I use it as a setting powder and only need a very light dusting of it so it will last you a while. Pricey but well worth it I think. It just melts very nicely into the skin instead of sitting on top looking cakey like alot of powders do. I do not regret this purchase.

Quick Take: better for skin needing full coverage
Dior has a loyal follower in me with their mascaras, so I tried this product believing this to be another stellar performer. I don't like this product at all--it's Kabuki like in its coverage and the colors run light so order up. I have good skin that doesn't need much coverage and it's normal/dry, so powder may not suit me. If your skin is oily and needs full coverage this could be a winner for you. Me, I will stick to the mascaras and liquid tinted moisturizer.

I had heard so many good things about this powder so when I went to the mall last week I asked a make up artist at Sephora to try it on me. It looked really good but I was wearing foundation, blush, and lumizer underneath before he put on this powder so I didn't get a good idea of how it would look just over my normal liquid foundation.
So I used it today over liquid foundation and while it did cover well and I did a good job blending it in, it is very matte. So I had to wear a luminizer to get the finish right. Otherwise my skin appeared too flat. It is an incredibly expensive product so I would only wear it on special occasions. That's why it ranked only 3 starts in my opinion.

Big mistake

I went into my local Sephora store asking for a mattifying powder, as I tend to get oily as the weather warms up. The nice salesperson pointed me to this loose powder. I've used it daily for two weeks now, and it's simply too lightweight; my face always looks dewy/shiny, like I'm wearing no powder at all. That's not what I paid $$$ for, that is for sure. Huge expensive mistake.

I wear this over my smashbox high definition healthy fx. This is very light and for lack of a better word glowing. Light sheen and easy to build for more coverage. I'm dark so the Dark Brown 070 is the color I had to choose. Powder blends into my skin. Don't mind the price because I only use a little bit.

I have tired MAC, Laura Mercier, and Lancome powder foundation. I have to say that Diorskin Nude Natural Glow Fresh Powder Makeup SPF 10 is the best among them. Great coverage, gives natural glow, and it's not dry at all.
