The product itself seemed like it would do everything it says. However, there is very little of it in the package. At that price, it just wasn't worth it. This one went back.

Wanted powder with an SPF when I needed a quick makeup routine. This is perfect. Depending on the coverage I want I apply it with a brush or sponge (included). SPF is an absolute must for me and this is a great way to get it.
I use this with Boscia's tinted moisturizer for a little extra coverage. The Champagne shade is a bit too dark for me, but with just a light dusting like I use it doesn't show. It would be nice if there was a lighter shade geared toward us gals with pinker undertones.

First time I used this was with the sponge all over and I thought it was very drying and very fake looking. Over time I learned that way less is more with this product. Now I use the sponge to just dab on any areas that need coverage (under eyes, eyelids, around the nose) and then use a brush meant for light powder coverage to blend those areas in.
The result is a perfectly covered face but without a powdered and dried out look.
Great product though I am surprised to see it called "non-drying" as I think it can be somewhat dry.

I was a fan of BareMinerals and used it for years...but all of a sudden, my face started getting really dry and breaking out from it, so needless to say, I needed something new! Well, I spent hours on sephora.com looking for something that would work for my light/golden undertone skin...and found this...LOVE IT! It feels so light and goes on great! I look flawless and beautiful - it lasts all day long! I am soooo happy with this coverage - it covers but it's light and looks so natural!
The product is great. Great coverage. I just make a mess when using it. The brush it comes with is fine but it flakes off of the compact and can make a mess. Tried using a different brush but had the same effect. Be careful when a applying while wear white, keep compact away from body.

I decided to branch out from my usual Clinique pressed powder compact and give this a try after speaking to a Sephora Beauty Advisor. I normally do not wear much foundation. I dab on liquid foundation in spots, and I'm usually looking to use a compact powder to eliminate shine. I normally stay away from powder foundation because I don't apply foundation to my entire face, and also, I do not like feeling makeup or anything heavy on my face.
I bought this in December, and we decided on "Champagne" as the right shade for me at the time. I am half-Chinese and half-Irish, and during the winter months, my complexion gets incredibly fair and pale, but in the summer, I tan well.
First of all, I love the feel of this make-up. The one thing I didn't want was anything that felt heavy on my face. I have heard other reviewers say it didn't last long when using the sponge, so I have experimented with both the brush and the sponge. I think mine will last me at least 4 months, which isn't bad at all.
I do like that both the brush and sponge are supplied and can be stored in the compact. I like to use the brush for a more sheer, lighter application, but when I use the brush, some of the product gets loose, falls, and is wasted. The sponge provides really great coverage and a flawless finish without feeling heavy.
I don't think I will ever go back to a pressed powder after using "Hello Flawless!" and I can't wait to figure out what my summer shade will be!

Super Star Cover-Up! To me...I hate the brush :( But LOVE how this works when just blotted in areas with sponge! Excellent how Benefit has givin you a choice! I do use an actual "powder" afterwards though to set. A tiny bit go a long long way!! I wish they sold a smaller compact for half the price. Would repurchase over again!

The most amazing powder ever made!- 03.13.10

The name of this powder says it all, flawless. I have tried for years to find a powder that stays on and actually helps the overall appearance of my skin without looking too made up. This is the miracle I was looking for! Since I've begun using it I get compliments on my skin all of the time. I never tell people it's my makeup... but it really does make the difference. I love it! I'd go so far as to say it takes at least five years off my face. I highly recommend it.

Too Much Yellow and Cakey- 03.12.10

I have used many Benefit products and been pleased. This one, however, is not one of them. The colors have too much yellow in them and as we all know, not all women have yellow undertones in their skin. With regard to wear, the product does not live up to its name. I was far from flawless. It was more like Hello Cakey Makeup!

This is the best mineral makeup I've ever used. I've tried Bare Escentuals, Philosophy, and Laura Mercier and all presented different problems--everything from causing breakouts to being overly shiny or having too sheer a coverage. Benefit's Hello Flawless, however, provides buildable coverage that allows you to really even out skin tone, has a matte finish, and in my experience, doesn't cause breakouts!
I love this product because the color is perfect and it gives great coverage. I just wish it was round instead of square because it's hard to get it on the sponge when it's almost gone. I also wish it lasted longer because when applied once a day, it only lasts about a month.

This is a great product! Well worth the price! I was very skeptical at first when the girl in the store recommended this product, since my skin is normal to dry and powders usually make my skin look super flaky..but once she put it on, I fell in love! It isn't too drying and covers beautifully. The trick to have it look natural is to *pat* it in as opposed to rubbing it around with the sponge (I did not know this!) I am light to fair and I use the "Me, Vain?" shade. Very nice matte but silky finish, GREAT coverage - my main makeup goal is to have flawless-looking skin, and my skin is far from flawless - but this product definitely makes it seem otherwise! Just as a note: since my skin is a little drier, I do use the Benefit "that gal" brightening face primer underneath, and they work great together.
Very surprised that this works so well. It provides great cover underneath my normal mineral powder make-up. I apply it to blemishes and areas where my skin gets rosy- like my chin and nose and it definitely minimizes those problem areas.
