Quick Take: amazing
I love this tool. It's so easy to use and really does a great job. It even helps me remove the really deep white heads of new pimples that have not come to the surface yet. The best thing to do is use it right after the shower when your skin in soft and you pores are open. I don't know why I didn't buy this thing a long time ago. I used to spend so much time trying to pop my pimples and I would end up leaving a big scar on my face. This tool helps so much and now I don't have big scars on my face.

Quick Take: gentle, functional
It has a sharp lancet and the extractors are gentle but do not extract all sebum in whitehead. However, they do relieve the pressure momentarily, if the blemish has grown to a certain size.

This is the greatest tool although the price tag is a little hefty! Most may be able to get by with the less expensive varieties. You unscrew to open in order to access the sharp lance. Best kept in a drawer because it doesn't stay tightened well, comes loose easily.

Quick Take: useful
This works pretty well on blackheads, but not so much on whiteheads. I very rarely get either, but I like to attack them right away. It's gentle enough to avoid scarring and huge red marks that last for hours.

Mostly Ineffective

This product did not remove my blackheads or other blemishes. The small loop end is too big, and the other end just plain didn't work. I had to really push and twist the thing to get it to do anything; I could do far less damage with fingers. The lance actually worked better; roll the edge against a blackhead and it will come right out. But, it's too dull and large to use for actual lancing; I'm sure it would scar. I give it 2 stars though instead of one, because the loop did manage to get a blackhead in my ear that's evaded other extraction methods.

My husband loves the extractor. He uses it after he takes a shower and works great. As for me not so great, guess my pores are too tight to use even after steaming. But I'll rate it 5 stars for my husband since he uses it.

Very uncomfy to hold it correctly. I had to press very hard for this thing to work. Overall this tool is ok, but my cosmetologist said that the professional ones are much better and easier to use.

I get monthly facials where there's always extractions, but sometimes I just get those awful looking pimples that need a little taking care of. This thing really does the trick. I haven't used the larger loop for blackheads or anything, but the smaller loop for extracting white heads works miracles. No more squeezing and touching your face! Also, the third part of the tool is VERY sharp. A must-have!
