Can't live without this!
-05.03.13
Quick Take: absorbs quickly
I have extremely sensitive skin and severe allergies. This lotion, as well as the cream have worked wonderfully for me. The smell fades in just a couple of minutes and for you sensitive and allergic gals out there, you know that quality products sometimes smell funny:)

Could not stand the scent
-05.03.13
Quick Take: scented, unpleasant camphor scent
Simply, I could not stand the Camphor scent, it smells like vix vapor rub. So, I could not really use it. I am glad I got only the sample not the full size.

I love this lotion!
-02.20.13
Quick Take: absorbs quickly
It's the only one that's not heavy or greasy, but really works! It works much better than anything else I've tried. Love all their products.

Love this lotion!
-01.19.13
Quick Take: great.
I first found out about this lotion from a spa. I was looking for something to take care of my poor, red, rough, and cracked hands over the winter. I was recommended this product and have re-bought it several times. The slight camphor smell disappears quickly. I now use it on my back and legs to keep them moisturized.

Amazing Hydration
-01.01.13
I adore this lotion! I usually avoid lotioning, even tho I totally should, b/c I can't stand that sticky, wet feeling I get with other products. This is super moisturizing and I never feel like I have to walk around naked for 20 minutes waiting for it to dry. Yes, this formula does contain camphor, so when you first apply it there is the scent of it. It doesn't personally bother me BUT, it disappates very, very quickly. I have a super sensitve nose and never detect it after a few minutes. The only draw back is that it is a little pricy and I wish I didn't feel like I have to use it sparingly due to the cost.

The Best!
-12.11.12
Quick Take: absorbs quickly, rich
This moisturizer works right away and lasts and lasts. I have extremely dry skin and started using it in the fall. The weather is now cold and I know this will get me through a harsh winter. Positive it will do the same in the summer.
I finally have soft skin again.

Best lotion ever
-11.28.12
Quick Take: moisturizing, long-lasting, fast-absorbing, great for dry skin
This is the best lotion I have ever found for my super dry skin. I put it on at night, and my skin is still super soft in the morning. The only drawback is that it has a bit of a medicinal smell, but if I put it on at night, the smell goes away but the effects last. I would recommend this to anyone with dry or itchy skin. And, you can use it everywhere - body, face, lips, etc. Yu-Be is awesome.

LOVE IT
-11.28.12
It comes out a weird color, almost yellow. But it's perfectly moisturizing and non-oily and non-residual.

Smells awful
-06.12.12
Quick Take: greasy, stong odor
This stuff feels greasy and has a very strong unpleasant odor. It smells like medicine. I got a free sample and as soon as I started applying it on my legs, my husband commented on the smell from across the room. I applied about a third of the sample packet, decided I did not want to smell like that, then scrubbed it off. It took far more effort to remove it than I expected.

medicinal smell
-05.12.12
Quick Take: scented, smells odd- in a bad way..
The scent is odd- like ben-gay or an old person. I received a free sample, and I don't know the moisturizing benefits because the smell was so offensive, i washed it off within 5 minutes of applying it. I'm just glad i didn't pay for this!

Great product, unpleasant smell
-05.06.12
Quick Take: absorbs quickly, bad smell, moisturizing, light, lasting softness, effective, non-greasy
This lotion moisturizes and softens skin, but smells terrible when you first put it on. I'm not sure what the smell is exactly, but it's like eucalyptus or medicated menthol-y lip balm.
The smell fades after a while and the product works well (it made my hands and legs really really soft!), but I, personally, would rather use a product that works and smells good.

Nothing special
-04.24.12
Quick Take: unpleasant smell
Moisturizes ok, but I don't lke the smell. Granted the scent doesn't last log, but I'd rather skip the unpleasantness and start out with one that smells good. There are lots of good moisturizers out there with pleasant scents why put up with this one?

Makes skin REALLY SOFT & SMOOTH
-04.16.12
Quick Take: absorbs quickly, scented, soft
First experienced through a sample from the Test Tube by New Beauty. I was skeptical but I knew Japanese products rarely disappoint. I had very rough hands that just didn't get enough moisture from other big name lotions. I even slept with Vaseline and gloves on my hands...no luck.
I decided to try Yube and after a couple of days of small amounts of lotion, I feel the difference! The smell may be weird for some, but it dissipates in seconds.

Great for hard-working hands
-03.31.12
Quick Take: lightly scented, rich
I have been using the cream for my hands and dry elbows and heels for about a year. I recently purchased the lotion to place next to my kitchen sink, as it is easier to dispense from a pump bottle when using frequently. My hands get very dry, especially when they are in and out of water when doing a lot of cooking (and the clean-up that comes with it). This lotion works better than many that I have tried. Some people don't like the smell, but it disappears quickly. I have only used it on hands, etc., not my entire body.

I bought this after using sample size. I get the same results as the cream but it is much more practical for full body use. Great for arms and legs - the cream is still tops for hands, elbows, etc. I give four stars because it doesn't keep my skin hydrated for an entire day. I do love it though.

Smells like camphor, but it fades when the lotion dries. Works well on my sensitive skin as a night time moisturizer.

Fresh smell, not greasy
-01.12.12
Quick Take: lightly scented, non-greasy, absorbs quickly, expensive
I love Yu-Be cream (which is really more like an ointment than a cream) so I thought I'd try this lotion. The smell is similar to the cream, which is somewhat medicinal but very fresh and clean smelling. I love the smell, but my daughter-in-law hated it. If you like perfumed body lotion, you probably won't like this. The closest I can come to describing it is menthol-like but that's not very accurate. It's not greasy at all and absorbs quickly, and I would call it mildly moisturizing and excellent for everyday use, but it's not a heavy, deeply moisturizing lotion so don't expect that. I would recommend it if you want a light, refreshing lotion. It seems a bit too expensive but it is imported from Japan so maybe that's why.

-11.03.11

This lotion is very moisturizing and has a wonderful camphor fragrance that is invigorationg and relaxing like a good massage. The fragrance leaves quickly and you are left with smooth and silky skin.
