So many times I have bought sunscreen hoping it will double as a lotion as well but it just doesn't. This one does. It's creamy and thick like body butter and is 50 SPF which if you are a vampire like me, is perfect. The smell isn't delicious but it's a million times better than most other sunscreens with SPF this high.

Clinic of course means gentle and affordable, is SPF 50, it goes on clear vs its natural/organic counterparts and its gentle enough not to irritate your eyes. Almost every sunblock irritates my eyes, happy to report I have found the one!

I have crazy super sensitive and pale skin. I am paper white and NO other sunblock I've tried prevented sunburn, Neutrogena I swear made my sunburn worse and just felt really greasy on my skin. Since on top of sensitivity and paleness I also have tendency to breakout consistency is a big deal. Clinique sunblock is beyond amazing, it is more than worth the price. I've been using it for 4 years and have not had a sunburn since. I even use it on my face. Truly amazing product.

Identical product to Clinique SPF 50 face cream?

I use sunscreen all the time as I am paranoid about skin aging, so I was looking for a product that would give me value for money - I'm not looking to spend $40 a month! Clinique has a version of this SPF 50 cream for the face - but I carefully inspected the ingredients list for both the face and body cream and they are identical. When I tried them instore, the texture of the two creams also seemed identical. I am not 100% sure but I *think* that the face cream is identical to the body cream but in a smaller tube and higher priced!!! Shame on Clinique if so! In anycase, I purchased the body cream for use on the face, and am happy with it. It definitely seems light enough for a face cream and blends in well. I have worn it under foundation without it feeling too heavy. I have not worn it in any fierce sun though, so not sure how it reacts with sweat.

I was very disappointed with the Clinique sunscreen. It went on more like a body cream than a sunscreen which was nice. However, it stained everything it came in contact with - my new swimsuit, my new coverup and the towel I was on. I would not recommend.

I started using Clinique's Sun SPF 50 Body Cream this summer . It's an excellent body cream, and I know it works . It's a silky cream, and is gentle to skin. I feel comfortable that I am well protected, thanks to this body cream, I highly recommend it.

this product does not stay on your skin! i applied three times in two hours and if sweat in the least you will burn like crazy!! i do not recommend this product at all!!

I hate the way sunscreen smells so I buy clinique. Not greasy and absorbs well. I bought this for my arms and hands to use daily in the summer as I notice dark spots starting just from being out and about.

It smells a little bit like medicine, but that's reassuring in a way because I know I've got sunscreen on. I love this product, and I get more for my money because I use it on my face too. It's non-greasy, rubs on easily and does not leave a white film. I definitely will use this for life.

Mostly everyone in our family used Clinique's Sun SPF 50 Body Cream last summer and will do so, again this year. It's an excellent body cream, and I know it worked because nobody got a sun burn last year. It's a silky cream, and is gentle to skin. I feel comfortable that my family is well protected, thanks to this body cream, and to Clinique's Sun Face Cream and Targeted Protection Stick. This is not runny and is very moisturizing, which is nice since it helps to prevent against premature aging, and wind burn without creating other problems such as the blocked pores that can be caused by cheaper body creams. The rest of the Clinique Sun line that we used is reviewed in the appropriate places. I highly recommend this body cream.

I used this before going to an amusement park one day and did not burn. It's very light and non-greasy so I would use this on my face in case of emergency (i.e. I did not have my facial sunblock/moisturizer w/ SPF. I like that it doesn't smell too strong like some other sunblock lotions.
I wish they sold a smaller version for a cheaper price because I travel a lot & don't like that I have to check in a bag because of bottles that are over 3-4 oz.
