Love, Love, Love It !- 03.10.10
I love the results that I see and feel from taking these pills. You do have to take them consistently and at least twice a day but they work best if taken as prescribed. I lose weight, my skin clears up and I feel better overall.

Quick Take: dr. perricone's health and weight management
I have only been taking these supplements for about 3 days, but I already feel less appetite, calmer, mood and more energy. I am interested to note what additional changes there may be as I continue taking these.
These supplements are very expensive, so I do not know how much longer I can keep this up. However, I feel great taking these!

Supplement First-Timer- 01.04.10
I was skeptical at first to pay what seemed a significant amount for supplements. I never used supplements before but had many recommendations to try Dr. Perricone, so I did. Within 2 weeks of using these supplements I had increased energy and vitality. These have helped me with maintaining my weight (in addition to the Perricone diet). These in combination with Superberry powder are a great way to feel revitalized and well worth the money!

I LOVE Perricone's Health & Weight Management Diet- 09.29.09
I love these vitamins...When I take these vitamins according to the dosage instructions, I always lose weight and feel better overall. The only drawback is that sometimes when my schedule is busy, I forget to take the packets a half-hour before my meals. The other drawback is that they are so expensive. Otherwise these vitamins are great.

Quick Take: better than i anticipated.
The older one gets, the more difficult it seems to lose or maintain weight and to stay fit, but it is never too late to "trim the sails". The Perricone nutrition/lifestyle plan has worked well for me in the past, but this time I felt the need for an extra boost, so tried these supplements. Have only used the first eight days of the thirty day supply, but they seem to be working well already. Am eating well, losing weight slowly but losing inches quickly, and my energy is increasing. Am very happy so far, and plan to continue until I reach my goals. The pre-packaged supplements make a big difference to me, especially when I am traveling or in a hurry and might otherwise be tempted to skip a meal.

Quick Take: effective, useful
This configuration and formulation is amazing. I have been dieting and exercising for some time, and once I started using this supplement, I found I have more energy, less appetite, and my weight loss has increased significantly! I ran out temporarily for a few weeks, and I felt sluggish and hungry. Couldn't wait to get it back.
