The ONLY supplements I can take on an empty stomach. High energy, no shaky hands or heart beating like a drum. Stopped cravings for things I should not be eating. My skin looks good and I feel great. A worthy investment.

Quick Take: not very effective., very gentle
I have been taking this pill for 3 weeks with running workouts.
it really worked at the first week, and I felt full and energized.
but after second week, it didnt work that well. I started to eat a lot, and the pill wasnt helping with decreasing my appetite.
I have lot 2 pounds so far. but actually I lost more pounds when I eat less and exercise.

Helps me feel balanced

LOVE this product. I have to take it as directed for it to work and it doesn't make me not hungry but does make me feel more balanced so I can control what I do eat better. Give it a couple of weeks and adjust what times you take it to fit your hunger schedule. I take it at 6:30, 11 and 3 and it works wonders for me. My skin, hair and nails also improved after about a month.

I'm on my second box of these supplements.
I've noticed that I do lose weight when I eat right and work out, but with these supplements, the rate of weight loss really is accelerated.. Will definitely buy again.
Also-I've been worried that there might be something unhealthy in the supplements, but I've had a couple of doctors check them out, and it all seems above board (other than the proprietary antioxidant tablet)

These supliments make me feel full all day. I eat when I am bored though and not necessarily when I am hungry so for loosing weight I am failing, but it is not because of the suppliments.

When I went to sephora last month I was a bit stressed about my skin condition (I have been having acne problems for months now and it seemed to not be getting much better as fast as I wanted)
One of the sellers in sephora mention to me that he had given this supplements to his mom and her skin and body felt much better, I have not taken it for the full month yet (so I might have to readdress the review later when the full box it's done) but I have noticed a good change on my skin, I can't say I have noticed much of anything with my weight, my appetite it's the same and I have not loose or gained any weight.
I can say that it is the first dietary supplement that it has not given me horrible headaches or made me feel nauseous, I also like the fact that the pills for each dose it is aside on each little separate bags.
I still do not know if it is worth the 200 dollars though... will give it to the end of the 30 day period.

Been taking them for a few weeks. My thoughts:

Quick Take: does what it says it will, expensive, effective
As you probably already know, this is not a miracle pill, nor should it be. It's a vitamin supplement that will require your assistance to work, and a lot of assistance if you plan on taking it as directed.
The directions instruct you to take an hour before each meal (three times a day). Since I only eat two meals a day on average, that means that my $200 (90 packets) will last 45 days instead of 30. Personally, I think $200 is a little steep for 30 days (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5).
Having said that, this product works very, very well. After you take these, you can expect to not have an appetite an hour after taking them and for an additional two hours after that. I can't emphasize this enough: Eat something when you are feeling the effects from these. (you'll only want to eat a little, the intended side effects of these). Why? Because if you don't, you will be starving after the effect from these wear off, and it'll be some time before you can take them again. To avoid this situation, take the vitamins, then a couple hours later eat something very light. These pills will definitely decrease your appetite.
As for the effect on skin, I didn't really notice any difference except that I was breaking out slightly. I am already on the full Perricone Regimen, so I wasn't expecting a huge difference (I suppose that is what the other Perricone supplements are for).
Overall, this is good stuff. They do what they say they will, they decrease your appetite and increase your metabolism. $200 is steep though, so you can probably get away with taking 2 packs a day and extending your $200 to 45 days, or even 1 pack a day and extend your $200 to 90 days. It depends how disciplined you are when it comes to eating, and how much you need to cut down.

Quick Take: life changing
I was a little apprehensive at first because you have to take 8 pills at once 3 times a day. But after the first day my energy levels were significantly higher, my appetite was curbed emensely, and I overall was feeling unstoppable. By the end of the first week I lost 4 pounds. Im on my 3rd week and have lost 11 pounds. Obviously I have been working out and following the Perricone diet the best I can. (which is simply an anti inflammatory diet ) This has been the answer to my prayers. I was despertlely trying to lose my baby weight. I use the term "baby" loosley but my twins are 3 yrs old. My pre baby weight is just around the corner. This product does everything it claims and more. I love how it gives me the energy to actually want to work out. I recently turned 30 and my metabolism has slo wed way down and the fact that Im always on the go with my two very active 3 yr old little girls, a 10 yr old son, 14 year old daughter and I am a very busy makeup artist so before this product I was drinking coffee nonstop and then when I get home I'd CRASH. This product ia a little on the pricey side but its cheaper than all the wasted dollars Ive spent on products that dont work, or gym mbrships I never used, If your serious about weight loss then purchase this because it works and afterall your worth it!

Quick Take: a good buy because i would spend the extra money, on snack food and fast food.. took away, cravings for fried food.
This does take away carb cravings and controls your appetite.. it also makes my skin so pretty .. I am loosing weight without my eyes looking tired.. I actually look younger.. I got carded .. I was so excited to be carded!!

Yes they are exspensive, and everytime I finish a box and my body is how I want it to look I think I dont need another box but I always give in because these exspensive viatmins work. The changes are subtle but comforting and of course diet and excersice help but once I stopped taking them I notice the difference.

i had to stop after taking this pills cause my skin started to breakout..
it was so expensive..i had to throw it away,,
and i didnt see the result too compairs to the high price..
i;ve used this long time ago..and at that time i was so mad buying this product..

I feel as though they are working for me. Just began a new diet so are working well in conjunction with that. A tad expensive but I will probably purchase again. Overall happy with product.. Can definitely tell they are of better quality than your average vitamins

I'm usually skeptical, but I love these!

I didn't get these to necessarily lose weight (though I wouldn't mind losing a couple pounds) but because I've heard that they are great for appetite control, and I have a raving sweet tooth and was basically looking for something to help me keep that under control and not gain weight. I have never had any luck with any other type of appetite suppresant, but I have had an amazing experience with these. I absolutely love them, and even though they are really pricey, I refuse to go without them. I don't always take them three times a day, so that makes them last a little longer, but always before breakfast and usually before dinner, and I've noticed a huge change in my appetite--much less ravenous and more easily satisfied without over indulging. I sometimes take them in the afternoon when I start to get hungry and my energy starts to drag, and it really helps me from binging on cookies and candy.

I love the results that I see and feel from taking these pills. You do have to take them consistently and at least twice a day but they work best if taken as prescribed. I lose weight, my skin clears up and I feel better overall.

I have only been taking these supplements for about 3 days, but I already feel less appetite, calmer, mood and more energy. I am interested to note what additional changes there may be as I continue taking these.
These supplements are very expensive, so I do not know how much longer I can keep this up. However, I feel great taking these!
