Healthy skin helper!- 07.24.09
I am pretty impressed with this so far, after using as directed for 3 weeks. This is not a miracle product, but it did improve my skin's texture and luminosity, and helped reduce breakouts by about 50%. Some earlier reviewers stated they had results within a few days, it took me about 2 weeks to notice a difference. The taste is pretty bad, but I found it to be more tolerable if taken with orange juice or lemonade. If I tried with just plain water I could barely choke it down. Overall, a good purchase and I will continue to use. The price is very reasonable @ $30 for a 30 day supply, and the ingredients mainly consist of various vitamins, CoQ10, lutein, Alpha lipoic Acid, etc. so it's neutriceuticals that will benefit your health overall in addition to improving your appearance. I also don't typically get many compliments on my skin, but I've already had a few in the last week or so which is a good indication this supplement is doing it's job. I'm very satisfied.

Quick Take: healthy, improves skin texture
A top product that shows clear results in a short amount of time. At every meal take one or two and within a couple of days, your skin will be dramatically improved. The antioxidants in this product have improved the texture, quality, and appearance of my skin, and have dramatically decreased any acne that I had.

Quick Take: magic!
I was taking these for about 3 weeks when I started to notice that my skin was getting a really nice glow and very smooth. I hadn't changed anything else so at first I was wondering what's up? Then I remembered the vitamins and said that must be it! I'm going to keep taking them. These are not a soft gel so I haven't noticed any taste, but even if I did for the results I would keep taking them.
