Absolutely amazing results!

I have been a "Perriconista" for 10 years now, and use Dr. Perricone's topical products daily. I firmly believe in supplementation for overall health reasons, and have been on a vitamin regime for many years now (I'm 47 but have been told on numerous occasions I look like I'm in my late 20's). I had been thinking about ordering the Skin and Total Body Supplements for some time now, but hesitated due to the cost. When I started reading consumer's reviews of these, I decided that I had to try them. Firstly, I found it very convenient to have packettes with the proper dosages, so you don't have to buy multiple bottles of supplements which would cost more than these vitamins in the long run. I could throw a couple of packettes in my purse and not worry about missing doses. After several weeks of taking them, I noticed an incredible increase in my energy levels....through the roof! I have had issues with hair thinning in the past, and I was hoping that these would address that issue as well, and they have surpassed my expectations by far! Since I have now been taking the supplements for about a year (1-2 packettes a day) my hair is so thick that it takes almost 8 hours to air dry, and has a beautiful wave and shine to it. My skin is flawless....no breakouts ever, wrinkles have virtually been eliminated (this is also due to using the topical treatments), my skin is so soft and silky, and my bloodwork that I recently had came back and I was given the bill of excellent health (whereas before I had high cholesterol, etc.). I am so thrilled with the results that I will NEVER be without these. They are a priority for me, no matter the cost. Thank you, Dr. Perricone for developing such a wonderful supplement program!

PCOS sufferer loves these!!

I first want to say that the cost of these vitamins is very high. It is hard to hand over the money at the register each month. However, I have PCOS and have noticed a huge difference with the thickness of my hair. My husband has commented on it many times. He sees a huge difference in my skin and hair since I have been taking these. I started taking these four months ago. The first box I bought I only took one a day. I wanted to see if that would be effective so that I could save some money and to make sure I did not have a reaction. At one time a day the box lasted me two months. I then decided to buy my next box and take them twice a day. This has been the most beneficial by far. Once a day was o.k. but I will definatly keep taking them twice a day. My hair grows very fast now and is getting thicker every month. My skin is in much better condition. I do not notice much extra energy as some people have reported but it does not matter. I was wanting help with my hair and skin and these vitamins are definatly doing that. If you have PCOS and are looking for help with you hair and skin, then these are something worth trying out.

Quick Take: expensive
I just finished my first box of these supplements. I can say the following: They are definitely working. They seem to work different for everybody though. For instance, I read some reviews where some people lost weight. This is not my case. I actually have a bigger appetite due to these vitamins (which I'm NOT very hapy about). I noticed improvement in my face (skin) on the very first week. My lashes have grew longer!!! I am so happy about that! My hair improved and my eyeballs are very white now!! (they used to be always red now my eyes are clear all the time even wearing contact lenses!!!). So I am definitely considering buying my second box due to improvement on hair, eyes and lashes... I will take it once a day only as the price is definitely a bit too much.. But comparing to other vitamins out there, with these I definitely saw a difference....so I guess it's worthy.

This has done absolutely nothing for me. This system left me with no appetite, because I always felt full from all the supplements. This product is too expensive for it not to be great. Will not repurchase.

Quick Take: it works
Took me only two weeks to see results: longer hair, nails, glowing skin, and full of energy. Been using once daily for about two months and I have seen a massive improvement in my overall health.

I just LOOK better since I've been taking these vits for about 6 months now. I have resorted to taking 1 pack once a day (due to cost), but that dosage seems to be doing the trick.

This will be my last month of taking these supplements. I just cannot justify the cost each month for supplements that I do not see remarkable difference in when I take them. I do wish Perricone MD would make a more cost efficient supplement.

Almost finished with my first box and I can't tell you how happy I am. My hair is so much softer and it's growing a lot faster. I am most happy with my skin. Like people have said it's a lot clearer and brighter. I'm ordering my second box today.

I think these vitamins are great, but I personally have a hard time taking them all. They are huge and hard to swallow. I can't take them without my gag reflex kicking in. With that said, I still took them while I was on my low carb diet. After thirty days of eating low carb and taking these vitamins, the first thing I noticed was how good my skin looked. I was certain my skin would sag with the rapid weight loss, but it didn't. I didn't develop any new stretch marks and my skin feels supple and retains moisture very well. I take really hot showers and I know it's frowned upon to do so because it dries out your skin, and it does, but I still do it anyway. Well after just three weeks of taking the vitamins I noticed that I didn't need to use the Aquaphor ointment anymore; regular lotion worked fine. I have very oily skin on my face and I tend to break out I didn't notice any change in that, but I did notice that the smile lines I have developed over the years looked less deep. I'll probably keep taking these vitamins as long as my budget allows.

Quick Take: energy
I have been taking these once a day for two weeks and my eyelashes are longer and thicker. I have also noticed a glow in my face ans a lot more energy! My pores and skin (other than the glow) have not changed much but that is because I have a milk allergy and have been drinking it more than usual these past two weeks. Overall I love them thus far for my heightened energy and lonher lashes. I will update you on my progress!

2 Months Later...

I've been taking these for 2 months now, and these are the subtle improvements I've noticed:
1) My skin is a little smoother, especially on my forehead.
2) I have fewer breakouts and clogged pores.
3) The bumpy/clogged pores I would get on the oily parts of my shoulders (yes, I'm an oil monster) are gone. Nothing left but smooth soft skin. Ditto for my decolletage and back of upper thighs. Exfoliation in those areas actually does the job that's intended now!
4) Less redness around my nose.
5) Have had several random compliments from strangers about my "great skin" :)
6) A lot of people swear that it gives them more energy. While that is sometimes hard to really quantify, in 2 months time, I have done the following:
- Cleaned my house like a madman, scrubbing floors with toothbrushes, doing contortionist acts to dust in odd corners, moving furniture by myself, etc....
- Somehow decided that running a 5k Zombie obstacle course was a great idea, immediately joined a new gym and began training, and also signed up for a 3k in March. (I don't generally exercise much).
- Haven't backed out of my training yet.
- Random urges to do push ups, pull ups, and jumping jacks. (Did I mention I don't exercise regularly, and that I usually think of it as 'punishment'?)

While not a life changer, overall there are some definite subtle improvements, and my skin has this nice rosy glow to it. I'm younger than the average reviewer here, and I tend to eat a very clean diet. The fact that there are noticeable improvements at all is pretty astounding.

Off these vitamins for about a month. Noticed felt tired and skin dry. Went back on and skin back to normal and feel better. Try to take 1-2 times per day. Does not upset my stomach, I take them with a meal. Would recommend to others.

I have only used these for two weeks, but have really seen a difference. The first week I used 2packs a day as instructed. The2nd week I used 1 a day. Since I'm seeing results with 1 pack a day I'll continue with 1 pack to save money.
