ExfoliKate irritates my face, but it works well. First, a little of the treatment goes a long way, so the tube should last a long time. The granules feel a bit rough on my face, and the formula makes my face burn a bit. The first time I used it, I had a small blemish, and it burned even more than my face. Once I wash off the treatment, my face looks a bit irritated. However, it also feels super smooth, and it lasts that way for days. I would almost put up with a little discomfort for the results if the product did not cost so much.
I've experienced alot of health issues in my 50's and stress and felt my skin was looking less than perfect.So I bought this ExfolKate and I love the difference in my skin. Brighter, less congestion in my pores and my make up goes on smooth. I'm sure my moisturizers are working better now, because they can go deeper.I cannot afford any other Kate products right now, I hope too someday, but for now I think I'm using the best of what Kate has to offer. I LOVED the sample but cannot justify spending this much on an exfoliating treatment. Maybe if it was half the price I'd consider it, but close to $200 is just ridiculous.
i got this in a sample they sent me and i loved it . smells sooo good. Has a bit of a tingle. A little bit to stong for sensitve skin deff. Your skin tells tighter and smoother as soon as you use it. Sadly I dont have the money for a full size one.

...I had to quickly wash it off. Do not use if you have any peeling/drier spots where skins a little raw. I've been able to use exfoliator just fine before, as I thought the objective was to rub off dry skin not burn the heck out of it!

I got this as a free sample recently and I liked the way my skin felt after I used it. My skin feels clean, soft and not oily. However, after seeing how much a full size bottle costs, I probably won't buy it. It seems a bit expensive for something you're only supposed to use once or twice a week.
I recived this little sample of Kate Somerville,i read how its suppose to do all the great stuff.Well i just tryed it it worked beautiflly and right away i seen the effects smooth and clean shinny,never felt good until i seen the price of this product lol.But really it dose feel like in a spa treatment.It has a bit tingelly feeling when its apply but it dosent irritate the skin.
I love this product. I have oily skin and moderate adult acne and this in combination with my serums and moisturizers have cleared my skin up. You really do not realize how unneffective your skin care products are being because they just lay on top of your skin until you have used a great exfoliate and this is the best I've found. I have tried drugstore to philosophy and haven't been impressed enough to stick to any of them. I use one pump from the luxury size which I have now splurged on and it is enough to use on my face, neck and décolleté. Scrub gently for 30 seconds then count down another 60 and rinse. Towards the end I do feel a tingle but nothing unpleasant. My skin feels super clean without feeling dry or tight and its the smoothest it has ever felt or looked. My skincare regime will include this product for as long as Kate keeps making it. I have also gotten my soon to be 50 year old mother addicted and its reduced the size of her pores from noticeable to nonexistent.
love kate's jumbo size. you face feels like a baby after using it and any moisturizer or serum just goes right in to your skin. i will continue to use this product. great for combination skin type's.
