Quick Take: travel-friendly
I had high hopes for this set after reading about how the line is plant based and synthetic free. Some of the items are better than others.
The Good
• Frankincense and Boswellia Serrata Revitalising Repair Cream: Smells interesting but tolerable. My skin is lovely in the morning.
• Mayblossom and Blue Cypress Balancing Facial Cleansing Gel: Will buy full size. Really nice to use in the morning instead of soap and water to wake up. Wouldn't be strong enough to take off makeup.

The Ugly
• Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel: Worthless.
• Omega 3 Overnight Lipid Renewal Serum: Yuck! My cat is interested in the fishy smell. Ingredients don't list fish, but there must be some oil in it that goes rancid easily. I couldn't stand it on my face and ended up using it on my feet to not waste it.
• Active 7 Radiant Eye Gel: Worthless.

Not harsh on my skin: great cleanser + scrub. And it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. Also got a sample of the Resurfacing AHA Concentrate, which isn't in the kit, but works wonders...so many compliments on my skin!

Purchased this for a friend and now I am wishing that I got one for myself! This is a great introductory pack of all of the goodness that is REN. And the products are wheat-free (which is why I purchased them to begin with).

This is a great set for anyone wanting to try Ren. It provides a generous sample of their best products and there is enough in the set to really see the benefits of the products. Their peel is my absolute fave....gentle but effective!

$40 is a lot of six travel sized products, but I am the type who doesn't like to commit to full sizes. The cleansing gel was nice and mild. As was the facial polish. I really liked the night repair serum - a little goes a long way, I thought my bottle was bottomless! I like the scent and texture, but didn't notice much of a difference. The radiant eye gel was good, but I usually don't notice much of a difference with eye creams (as I have no eye concerns) but I prefer the cooling sensation of Skyn's eye cream. The Radiance Renewal Mask is amazing (as long as you don't have sensitive skin). I bought that in full size and noticed drastic results in tone and texture. This is a mixed bag, not all the products are suitable for one specific skin type.

Quick Take: a good value if you have very oily skin because mi
I so wanted to love this set. I had been given a sample of the Glycol Lactic Renewal Mask on my last visit to Sephora and absolutely loved it. When I went online to buy the full size I had noticed this kit and figured that if the mask had worked so well, maybe I would give some more Ren products a try. Well, and maybe it's just me, but I find the other items in this kit to be VERY drying and made my pores looks even bigger. After a 5 days of use I am going to have to throw the towel in on this one and return it. I will however be purchasing the Glycol Lactic Renewal Mask, because it is AMAZING!!!

I gave my friend this kit for her birthday and she absolutely loved it..I was able to use the mask it came with and I did notice a difference in the first use. Its a great way to be introduce to this line and its products.

I picked this up after reading about Ren on a beauty blog. I am swiftly falling in love with this line. The Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask is a star product in this set. Feels like no other mask I've ever used and followed by the serum and Frankincense Night Cream your face feels delicious the next morning. Just picked up a few full size items. No bad reaction on my sensitive combination skin. Bravo!

I really enjoy the purity of the ingredients and how natural the products seem to be. I have very sensitive skin which is prone to break outs. I really appreciate the gentle gel cleanser because it gets the job done without over drying. The omega 3 serum is very nourishing and I don't really mind the slight odor. (it's not fishy) The scrub also works well when I use it 3 times a week. I've also been using the glycolic peel once a week and I see a major difference in my skins appearance. It seems much more smooth and even toned. I would recommend these products !

Personally, after have this for a couple of weeks, I only use the gel cleanser and on occasion the peel. The nightcream and oil are hard to get the proper amounts for and no matter how little I used, the next day I always broke out. The gel cleanser I absolutely love, its the first product I've used for any amount of time that hasn't caused dry skin problems.

Quick Take: super mild, ineffective, unpleasant smell
These products are just too mild and I will not purchase these again. I would only recommend these to someone who has severely sensitive skin and cannot use any other products. Although they will last you a long time, I saw no benefit from them. Don't be fooled by the number of items you get with this kit. If none of them do anything for your skin then it's not worth it.

I've been using this for about a week and I can't say enough good things about it. After using the facial scrub, the mask, and the serum, in one night I noticed an extreme difference in how my skin looked. It was brighter, more toned, and more even. I am completely smitten with all of these products.

I've been using a couple Ren products for over a year with great results, so I bought this set for travel and am so glad I did! These six generous trial size products are a great way to get familiar with the line, and the set is a great value as well. These particular products would probably be best for normal,combo or dry skin rather than oliy or acne. This collection would be ideal for travel or make a great gift.

Great product. Really moisturizes the skin with out being to heavy or greasy, helped reduce pore size and visibility of fine lines under my eyes. The masks leave my face dewey, bright and soft looking. I purchased the trial kit. Will definitely be stocking up on the regular sized bottles of their full product line when I run out of the trial sizes!! Try it out!!

Quick Take: good value, great for my sensitive skin
I am using Ren night cream(frankincense & boswellia) for almost a year and absolutely love it. I'm not quite sure what it does for my skin as far as anti aging properties are concerned, but the cream smells wonderful and leaves my skin very soft without causing breakouts or causing my rosacea to flare up. I just got the kit of 6 products, and am so far pleased. Though the serum has a fishy smell, It comes as no surprise as it contains omega 3 (this variety is derived from plankton) ingredients, but it absorbs very quickly and the scent dissipates pretty rapidly. I really liked both cleansers and the peel is very mild. I really love the eye treatment. I think it's results are likely temporary but they do tighten and add a sort of glow to my eye area. Great for baggy under eye area. I find it difficult to know exactly which products I'm using are truly affective.... I have numerous brands of serums and creams (mostly thanks to generous Sephora samples) that I rotate between, so it's hard to tell which ones are actually working. I will come back and add to this review once I've used the Ren kit for a longer period of time. Ultimently, I think it's a great way to find out if Ren products are right for your skin type.

Quick Take: good value
I have oily/sensitive skin, and thought this might help 'stabilize' it. The cleansers are great, but the night cream and omega oil are a little too 'heavy' for my skin and clogged my pores. The products smell great, are a decent size for a sample kit, and are definitely eco-friendly. It is worth trying.
