These would be great for toenails but I got these small files to keep in my purse and they are too harsh to use on fingernails, I was disappionted.

I love these small nail files. they fit perfectly in you makeup bag to pop in your purse. nothing is worse than when your out on the town and you have a bad nail! these little files last a long time too.
