Quick Take: luminous sheen, natural looking
Rose Petal is the pefect Spring / Summer color for us light skinned girls with neutral to pink undertones. Looks gorgeous, sheer and very natural. Lasts all day; and remains looking very natural. Not sure if would show up on anyone with medium skin; and those with darker skin and yellow undertones may want to go for Lush Nectarine which is gorgeous, just not right for pink undertones. This is the first LM color I have liked; I love the texture. I use a BB blush in Desert Rose color for fall / winter and love the color, though I really prefer the texture of the LM blush which will suit me more for the summer months

Quick Take: luminous sheen, natural looking, easy to use - fail proof
I LOVE Laura Mercier Blush and think it is the best on the market for the low maintenance natural look. Not always a fan of LM colors (also have a nice BB blush Desert Rose). This in Rose Petal look so gorgeous for spring / summer. The texture is nicer than the BB, and it pops into my 6 well LM palatte so makes my make up fly on fast. Use Becca "foundation" barely there more like a sheer TM, this, YSL Touche Eclate, touch of eye shadow, liner and lip gloss or tad of lip stick and out the door. This is a really pretty color for my skin tone; pale, pink undertones. The LM in nude is too dark for my skin if that give you a comparison. The Becca in Nude is so sheer it looks lovely; barely there as is the LM blush. Love the texture and barely there sheen; puts BB to shame but the Desert Rose color of BB is gorgeous. I do not like looking like a clown with lots of blush (Tarte). If you want a really natural look I would highly recomment LM if you can find a good shade for your skin tone

Buildable coverage is about the only pro I have for this product. Other then that, I wasn't crazy about it and I feel it faded if I didn't really pile it on. I like a more natural look though, so thats probably why I didn't like it.

Quick Take: natural looking
I ordered online and at first thought it was so small for the price. I tried it on and loved the color and realized you only need a little bit. I have other blushes with a bit of glimmer in them and love that this one does not. It's a beautiful shade and I love it.

Quick Take: natural looking
At long last, I have found a natural-looking blush that isn't drowning in shimmery sparkles! I'm looking at you, NARS. Rose Petal, a matte pale pink color, is a lovely and subtle shade for spring and summertime wear on fair complexions. (I'm Asian, so my skin has yellow undertones, but I'm certain this shade would complement cooler toned complexions, too!) If you want just a bit more pigment, it looks awesome layered over the Benetint cheek stain.
This is such a beautiful, finely milled blush. A quick swipe of my brush is more than enough to get a substantial amount of product onto it. It's practically a loose powder blush (and feels like one on your skin, to boot -- super lightweight and airy) in pressed powder form. The best of both worlds.

Love the texture of this blush

Quick Take: luminous sheen, natural looking
Laura Mercier makes the finest silky powder blush. It just glides on sheer though buildable, and never makes me look like a clown. The only problem is the colors. I bought this in Orange Blossom (LM version of Nars Orgasm) and returned as orange does not look great on my fair skin with pink undertones. I now have in Rose Petal and so far it looks OK, just seem to have a bit of warm undertones. I pop into my LM compact, another huge benefit of this blush. I resorted to Bobbi Brown blush, and with help (I asked for the natural look), I have Desert Rose which pops into my BB palatte. Now, the BB color is spot on, a light pink with slight brown - but - it is not quite a sheer nor as lovely as a powder / effect as the Laura Mericer. Bobbi Brown has far better colors; Laura Mercier has far better powder. Wish LM would look at some of Bobbi's colors and re do her color selections as this blusher has the most gorgeous texture you could ever want, if you can live with the colors.

I use this blush in Lush Nectarine and it's beautiful. It goes on really smoothly and blends easily. It's got great pigmentation so I never feel like I have to coat it on to get results. I'll definitely be buying this again!

LOVE this product. I was looking for a little more color with my blush that highlighted my cheeks. I had been using the Nars Orgasm, but found that it didn't stick around all day (with my skin type) and it was too pink if I applied too much.

Quick Take: beautiful soft sprin and summer color
This blush goes on smoothly and stays all day. The color is a soft peachy color with no pink or brown tones. Will work well with fairer complexions. I use a sephora precision blush brush to apply high on the cheekbones. Super flattering. A bit expensive but worth every penny.

Quick Take: wrong color, fantastic texture
I love LM blush; think it is the best on the market. I bought in Orange Blossom which just did not look good on my skin; so I returned it. Could really not find a great color so I turned to Bobbi Brown and bought Desert Rose. I can really notice the texture difference though both are very high quality products, LM is that much more finely milled and sheer. I could not find anything like Desert Rose in LM blushes; and it works great with my skin tone so I will have to due without my LM blush and use Bobbi Brown with an outstanding color that looks ever so natural, just is not as fantastic in texture as LM. Wish LM would get better colors; really do not like much of what is offered in the LM blush for color selection. Bobbi Brown seems to have gotten the color down pat whereas LM has the texture down pat. End of the day, I need the right color.

The color was pretty but it does not last. I use all the proper prep for my face and it just faded. I have found Smashbox blusher and it is amazing. I returned the LM brand.
