This gloss is very thick and glossy. It stays on well. The color is noticeable without being overwhelming. This is a sticky gloss, without being tacky.

Not as expected...

I bought this lip gloss trying to find a dupe for a discontinued Chanel Glossimer in shade 64. This looked like the same color, but the consistency was off. It was quite sticky (which I understand stickiness to a point) and didn't pack quite the color punch that I wanted. I wanted a bit of color, but the shade Eternity was very sheer. So if you want a sheer lip gloss this shade may be the one. If not, then I would say pass.

I'm a teacher and have an hourly need for decent lips. This gloss does the job! The other smashbox gloss formulation is also superior to other brands for staying power AND good feel/ color payoff.

I really like this gloss. It really lasts and it does not get really sticky on my lips. I have very sensitive skin and this gloss does not break me out.

Quick Take: moisturizing
This lipgloss lasts so much better than any other I've found. If you're one of those people who doesn't like your lipgloss to feel thick, you won't like it - but I think it keeps your lips feeling moisturized so much longer. I've bought a few shades, all of them are a bit sheer and look natural.

I bought this in Enduring for a more natural look and I couldn't be happier! It smells great, is very moisturizing, and I love the color. It is pretty sticky, but all lipglosses like this are so it isn't bother me really. I'll definitely buy more colors.

I think this is my new favorite lip color and gloss. I got Enduring and am IN LOVE with the color and the way it wears. Lasts a long time (though it is sticky), and smells great. Looks gorgeous on! Will buy more colors soon.

I bought this to go over my lip stain. The gloss did not go on smooth and it was very sticky. My fiance asked me to stop wearing it because he didn't like the feel of it on his lips when he kissed me. Back it goes!

Eternity 'trick'

Quick Take: longer lasting than any i've found, easy to control with wand, great in the sun b/c of spf of 15
First, I love Smashbox glosses. I have tried many other expensive and inexpensive glosses and Smashbox wins. Yes, it is a little tacky but outlasts other brands. I can make it through until after lunch (coffee included) before reapplication. The 'trick' with Eternity was passed onto me by a rep. Just put a tap of Eternity (bronzey color) on top of your dark evening lipstick in the center of your upper and lower lip. The light plays off from it and gives you a nice pouty look that lasts for hours. A very nice look. I guess you could try it with other colors, too (I haven't). Anyway, it's great alone and a great evening little something-something!

Quick Take: moisturizing
This is my 3rd bottle of this lip gloss and I cannot stray away from it. I receive numerous compliments on it whenever I am wearing it which is always a great sign that you're doing something right! It lasts for a long time and keeps my lips soft, but if you need more miniaturization I use a lip balm under the gloss. it's amazing!

This is the second one I have purchased. Became an instant fan. It does stay on longer than most other glosses, but not a full 6 hours. The shear color provide just a hint of color & a lot of shine.
