Didn't notice better sleep- 10.03.09
Quick Take: pills are very big and hard to swallow.
I'm been taking these for 3 weeks, I didn't notice sleeping any better than before. I didn't notice sleeping any worse, either. Vitamin supplements are just what they are: supplements. They add on. You eat too much, don't exercise, drink a lot of coffee or alcohol before going to bed, you won't sleep well and your skin will not look any better, no matter how many of these pills you take. This is not prescription medicine, it's just a vitamin pill, it won't harm you, it won't do you any more good than your body can use. You will flush it out. Your body is very well designed machine like that. It may make you FEEL better to think you can sleep better and optimize the resting repair cycle of your skin, or whatever. But that's all. Don't take vitamin pills and expect miracles.

This works really great at making my skin look amazing, it makes me feel sick. It says on the bottle to take with a meal, but I didnt think that helped. I am still going to try this a little longer to see if my body just needs to get used to it and then maybe I can give it a higher rating.

Best Sleep EVER!!- 05.02.09
Quick Take: relaxing
The Sleep Reform pills gave me the best night of rest I ever had in a long time! I wish they didn't smell but I didn't feel groggy or overtired. It felt like a full nights rest when I really only slept 5!
