Great quality but color title is decieving- 10.30.09
Color title is decieving as it is more like a very light brown. Great quality though and the color did lighten up in about a week.

This product exceeded my expectation. The scent is pleasant and was very easy to use. The conditioner lasts longer than stated. This product is much better than store bought brands. Well worth the money.

Great product !!!!!- 07.19.09
This is the best "at home" color product that I have used. I have shoulder length thick, thick hair and there was enough of the product to cover all of my hair. It was very easy to use, there was no unpleasant odor, the color of my hair is a little darker than shown on the box, but it had been colored before. My hair is soft, shiny and feels like silk. I would use this product again.

Exceptional Haircolor- 06.19.09
Quick Take: hair color
I've dyed my hair since I started going gray in high school and I've left it to the professionals until my recent job layoff. When I read about Fekkai Salon Color, I thought it worth a try. The reviews said that you need to leave the color on your roots longer than 30 minutes and that's true. I would do 45. This came from customer support, apparently. It matched my Goldwell salon color beautifully! It did cover the gray and my hair is as shiny as if I'd had a cellophane wrap done. The conditioner is top notch as well. The only thing I will do differently next time is to section my hair better in advance. It seems easy when the stylist is doing it but they have the advantage of both experience and the ability to maneuver around your head easier than you can. It might be better to get a friend to help you.

Not Happy with Results- 06.17.09
I was super excited to try this product. I am working in Baghdad and without access to a salon. I have very light brown hair with blonde highlights; most people would say I was a blonde. I ordered light golden blonde. My hair is now an unnatural reddish brown. I was terribly upset with the results. On top of it, I can't exactly go to a salon to fix the color and it will take several weeks to get an alternative color shipped here. Because the quality of the product and application was easy I will try the product again. As another reviewer, with the same results, posted, I will try it but with their lightest blonde shade.

Great color but...- 05.20.09
Quick Take: multi-step, complicated
Great color but... The colors run VERY dark so I would recommend going a shade lighter than planned. The product is also extremely difficult to apply as compared to most at-home coloring kits.
