I love this stuff. I no longer go to the salon, what for? Who can do your color better than F.F.? The color is vibrant., extremely soft after the process, plus you get a hair mask that lasts awhile to put on once or twice a week. No odor. LOVE IT!

I lost my job and can't go to get my hair colored for $150 anymore.:( So I decided to give this a try.I bought #151 Lara 4W Dark Golden Brown - AMAZING. Color is rich,my hair is healthy and shiny, product is very easy to use - doesn't drip, don't smell bad,brush makes an application a breeze, conditioner i is fantastic! I'd been dying to try Fekkai's hair color. I was not disappointed - it gave the truest results I've ever had from at-home haircolor. It successfully covered my gray, toned down my fading highlights, and left my hair in great shape. The pre-treatment smells divine, the brush & bowl are handy, and you get a huge portion of a conditioning mask. My hair is very thick, wavy, and halfway down my shoulder blades. There was enough color to cover it all. Any longer, and you might want to get two boxes. I chose Lara 4W Dark Golden Brown for my locks. True story: I colored on Saturday and Monday night, an associate told me my makeup looked great. Well, my makeup was about the same but I told her I'd colored my hair. She put her hand over her mouth then said, "You look five years younger". Thank you, Frederic! Thank you, Sephora!

I love this hair dye. My sister is a cosmetologist and can use any professional hair dye I could possibly want, but I like this better than any other! It covers gray fairly well and it has sort of a shimmer to the color

I'm finally done searching!- 10.02.09
I have been looking for a color that gave me a yummy, rich chocolate brown color and I finally found it! I've tried both the Medium Brown and Dark Golden Brown and both were amazing. I really like the brush application system. I found it much easier to use than the typical squeeze bottle, and there was tons of product. I like my hair dark so the initial darkness wasn't an issue for me, it was the fade I was worried about. But after a week the color faded to the picture on the box and stayed that way for 3 weeks!!! Only bummer about it is the serious lack of conditioner. There needs to be double...at least for me. I'm finally done gambling with store bought hair color and getting let down! Fekki is wonderful :)

Wow, I am really impressed with this. The color IS a bit darker than you'd expect, but it came out so rich and shiny I could not complain. Also if you use sulfate-free shampoo (loreal makes one) the color won't fade and last for over a month. I think my hair came out BETTER than I've had at salons who hire people that cannot mix colors and end up neutralizing it. I'm repurchasing now. Pricey but worth it.

This is the second time I purchased this hair color. I LOVE IT! It's about time someone came up with an upscale do it yourself hair color. My hair feels great after I use this and the color is so rich. It's very easy to use and the scent doesn't leave you gasping for air. There is so much color I can't use it all and I have really tried! I have long hair and there is still too much. After using this you will never go back to a drug store for your color again.

Not worth it if you have long hair- 07.23.09
I have long hair which falls to my mid back and I had to buy two which didn't cover up all the color. I liked the color afterward which was the same on the box but I think next time I'll spend my money at a salon. Its the same price!

If the color wasn't so gorgeous I would give this product 3 stars because it left my hair very dry afterwards BUT the color is so fabulous that i have to give extra credit. The application is nice because you have a lot of control and makes it seem more professional. After washing out, the color was much darker than i expected (be warned) but I like that. I've washed my hair twice since and its starting to fade closer to the color on the box, which is beautiful. I love the color and will probably use it again, I just wish it didnt make my hair so dry, but it doesnt seem like anything i deep conditioner wont fix.

Quick Take: fantastic, true to its word, hair matches the swatch on the box, easy, great deal
The instructions are awesome. Very easy to follow. I wish the print was a little bigger, since you can't really wear glasses while applying color. The gloves were surprisingly good quality. I figured they would be the cheap ones that get holes as soon as you breath on them, but no. And the color! It looks exactly like what was on the box. This color is pretty close to my natural, and I'm trying to grow out years of black color, and it is really not terribly obvious. This color is subtle and pretty with deep maroon-y highlights. I would only change two things: more of the pre-treater (my hair is just past my shoulders and I could have used another ounce.) and I wish the after conditioner didn't leave my hair smelling quite so much like I just colored it. This color is so beyond worth the price!!!! --one other thing for girls with long hair: my hair is 3 inches past my shoulders. Usually when I do my own hair, I have to buy two of the drugstore boxes of color. I had enough of this stuff left over that I could have done my hair halfway over again.

absoloutley fabulous. i just dyed my hair with this color yesterday and i love how it turned out. my hair color before this was a dull, mousy brown. now its a lustrious, rich, dark(almost black) brown, which was exactly what i was looking for.

really nice, multi-dimensional color. best color from a box I've ever gotten, I think. I do have long and thick hair, so I did need two boxes, even tho the amount in the box is a generous amount of color. did a nice job of covering the grey, too.

Oh my god girls listen up pllleassseee this is the BESTT hair color i have ever bought, now im not going to get all sappy buttt with the econmy right now its not easy spending 80-100 dollars on getting your hair dyed every 5-6 weeks. i got this to try and O.M.G frederic fekkai marry me! it goes on easy the smell is pleasent i mean its not roses but its not too chemicaly. the picture on the box is the same color you will get. the price is great. i really honeslty felt like i stepped out of the salon but only paid a fraction of the real deal. it covers up gray hairs realll good too! if your debating to get this or not??!?! id say YESSSSS GIRLFRIEND you wont regret it i pinkie promise.

amazing hair color kit!!!- 05.18.09
Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
I've been using this Frederic Fekkai salon color kit now for almost a year never will go back to the salon or the "cheap" do it yourself at home color kit. The color is so intense and shiny I swear by this brand :)
