finally a scrub that does what it should

Quick Take: intensive, smoothing, evens out skintone
I used to use lower end products despite having really bad skin problems (cheap skincare items will definately contribute to acne and other problems) But since Ive started shopping at sephora my mind has changed and I surely believe that ( most of the time) higher end products will treat your skin much more nicely. Ive tried so many cheap scrubs including the famous St. Ives Apricot scrub and they all were too abrasive and broke me out !
This is the first I have ever tried that did all I expected and more without breaking me out!
My skintone is becoming much more even with continued use and always feels soft after using this. I know over-exfoliating your skin is a no -no but Its hard to resist using this product all the time because I love it so much. I am very pleased with it, despite the hefty price...i might just have my boyfreind get it for me as a gift next time :)

Scrubs is scrubs.

Since I'm on a pro-Givenchy kick, and needed a new scrub, I splurged for this even though I have always thought there was not really much difference between scrubs. And it's true. It has a nice pleasant fragrance, but so do many others at lower price points. As far as quality of scrubbing, well, it has a pretty good ratio of scrubbing things (beads or whatever) to goo. However, I feel that Clinique's awesome Exfoliating Scrub (which is a larger tube at a much lower price with that freaky 'wake me up' mint scent) is ultimately a better product. There is a higher beads-to-goo ratio in the Clinique.
If you have the dosh, go for the Givenchy, but I probably won't repeat it. I'd rather save my money for something fun like fragrance or makeup.

Quick Take: gentle, intensive, natural, radiance
Great scrub not too aggressive but is thorough in its cleaning aspect. Lightly scented, pleasant, and leaves the skin glowing.
