It is not possible to "shrink" your pores permanently but this product temporarily reduces the appearance of large pores over continued usage and helped my acne. Make sure to use amount prescribed as can be quite drying.

The Best Thing I've Found For My Pores

Quick Take: exfoliating, amazing, effective, loosens blackheads, tightening, works
I've tried many different products to try and clean and minimize my pores and the Dr Brandt line is the only thing I have found that works. This product in particular is awesome, especially when used in conjunction with the cleanser, toner and mattifying lotion. Also love the pore refiner.

I love this stuff. It is cooling to the skin and has just the softest rose scent. If I am getting a breakout I put this on and leave it, sometimes even overnight and the swelling and redness goes away. A must have for me!

Quick Take: amazing, my holy grail
There should be a little halo floating above this product! I've had blackheads for eleven years that have REFUSED to budge. I tried Alpha hydroxy acids, Beta hydroxy acids, exfoliants, clay masks, pore strips. . . and nothing worked. Until I tried this!
I actually bought this as a last ditch effort before going to a dermotologist; I wanted to be able to say I had tried EVERYTHING. I didn't expect this to work.
The first night I put it on, I was anxious. When I washed it off and my skin looked unchanged, I was disappointed but not surprised. But when I woke up the next morning, my black heads had FADED. I can't articulate how amazing that felt!
Give it a try, you'll be amazed!

One month trial...Did not work

I am 35 years old and my skin has gotten worst as I get older. I have been trying almost everything to help my skin. I get little blackheads on my cheeks and neck, as well as chin and nose. I have small bumps on my forehead as well. I live in a hot climate (Mexico) and have to be careful with the sun. I love Dr. Brandt's products as they make my skin feel clean and fresh, and when this product came out, i had to try it, but it did nothing.
I don't like writing reviews until have almost finished the product and given it about a month of trial, but this product really did nothing for me. It does turn blue, but not everywhere, I tried thin layers and thicker layers, nothing worked.
Use strips or a mask, or something else. Don't waste your money on this.

After just one usage there was a visible reduction in pore size. After a couple treatments I noticed my hormonal acne healing. Pores CANNOT shrink but with continual use this product definitely makes a difference. It is expensive for my budget but I will purchase again.

Gets Rid of Small Acne overnight

I get spots on my face pretty easily and this cleans them up (or shrinks them significantly) overnight. Not sure how it works on large clusters of acne, but it zaps the individual pimples right off!
But beware, you can only wear it at night because it does NOT dry clear.

Works great, but burns sensitive skin

I have fair, combination, sensitive skin and this product burns my face when I use it. After about a minute, my skin goes from a tingling sensation to a burning sensation and I have to rinse it off. It works great for minimizing pores but left my face red and dried out my skin.

This did not work for me at all. It did absolutely nothing to change my pores at all. There are plenty of other products that work much better. Save your money and buy something different. Would not recommend.

Blackhead extractor

I really wanted this product to work and I purchased it based on all the positive reviews, but it did not work to remove or help remove any of the blackheads on my nose. Given that's its called blackhead extractor I expected it to do this. Just a pricy face mask.

This product is not worth $45. It honestly doesn't do much. My pores don't feel tighter or smaller. I have been using the glam glow mask and I find that much more effective. Even using pore strips in the past has worked better than this product. I'm not sure why it has such great reviews

Highly Effective, With a Few Drawbacks...

Quick Take: expensive but effective, dries out quickly
I really like the Dr. Brandt Skincare line and am a huge fan of the pores no more line. Even into my 40's, I still have rather oily skin and very large pores. I feel like the pores no more line helps to keep them "cleared out". I think the Vacuum Cleaner is the most effective product in this line. One drawback is that, like other reviewers have stated, the product near the top of the tube does tend to "dry out". When you try to apply the dried up product, it crumbles up all over your face. Otherwise I love it. Also, when you receive your tube, you wil think I paid almost fifty dollars for this?!?!? However, it does last much longer than you think.
I like to use the product before I use blackhead strips, then follow the strips up with the Dr. Brandt pores no more Pore Thing. You will wake up with ultra clean, seemingly shrunken pores!
I also like to use this after I have (gasp!) fallen asleep in my makeup. It seems to repent for that cardinal sin.....

Feels good and cool on but im not sure how effective it is. Also the product dried in the tube and clogged the pump after just a few months so i cant even use the rest of the product.

This product did nothing that it was supposed to do. The only reason I gave it three stars is because it would leave my skin nice and tight after application. Of course only short-term...a few hours, perhaps? Kind of like a mask. It did not clean/vacuum stuff out of my pores. Nor did it reduce the appearance of pores over time. Will not repurchase.

Quick Take: great for oily skin
I've been using this for about a year, and I can't be without it. I have an oily T-zone, so I only use it where needed. I didn't like the pump, the tube works better. Several pumps got clogged, and I had to use a cotton swab to dig out the contents. I was told by a friend that Dr Brant switched to just tubes for this product recently.

I first got this item in a 500 pt. bonus gift. My son was starting to get a few small blackheads around his nose and had tried many other products to remove them. I gave it to him to try and his blackheads were gone after a few applications! He now refuses to be without it.

I like to apply this product after I extract my blackheads with my extractor tool (I know that's kind of cheating but hear me out). By doing this, I can feel the product really cleaning out and tightening up my pores, making the results of my extraction last longer. Some people complain that it doesn't work but you have to give it a few weeks, but it really does work if you are persistent.
