This is the third Lavanila scent I have purchased and I love them all but this one may be the winner. This fragrance smells so yummy. It smells more like vanilla but you definitely detect the coconut and Tahitian flowers in it. It is a natural, sweet smell. Not at all artificial smelling like most vanilla coconut fragrances I've used before. My fiancé even loves it and he doesn't even like coconut! In previous reviews some people said it smells like tanning lotion but I do not find that at all. To me this is a very grown up vanilla coconut scent and nothing like tanning oil.

Not what I expected

I made the mistake of buying this without scenting it first. It had a plasticy smell and didn't last long, which in this case was a blessing. I took it back and traded it for Vanilla Grapefruit which I really like. Actually, I wanted the Vanilla Pomegranate but she gave me the wrong one, but since I only had sampled the Pom spray and I like the Grapefruit, it's ok. Always sample the product you're buying, and don't expect the roller to necessarily smell like the spray.

i just love this scent...so many compliments. it's rich and creamy, but not overpowering or offensive at all. the scent is pleasant and evokes the feelings of summertime, vacation, suntan lotion, etc. good stuff!

I LOVE LAVANILA! Vanilla coconut reminds me of the beach, fresh sweet and coconutty! This perfume is natural which is important to me and the roll on is perfect to throw in my purse and ready to use at any time. If you like this line you should try Vanilla Lavender!

Quick Take: sweet
This perfume is my absolute favorite. I’ve worn it for two years now, and I haven’t got tired of it. It’s not so much coconut; I’d say it’s more of a vanilla scent. Although the light coconut scent does give it the perfect punch to the perfume. The only complain I have about this product is that it is not sold at my local Sephora anymore, so I will probably just buy directly from the La Vanilla website.

Quick Take: luscious, feminine, comforting, but where is the rest of the product line?
I love this fragrance so much I want to marinate in it. It's sweet and yummy and rich and you just inhale it in sooooooo deeply; it's like you can't get enough!
This is what is so frustrating to me now: I cannot find the regular-size body butter: only the small 2.75 oz size. I cannot find the matching deodorant. I cannot find the sets, the body washes -- just all the stuff that's offered in some of the other "vanillas" by this company (pure vanilla set, vanilla grapefruit everything, etc. etc. etc.). VERY frustrating!
I feel like, unfortunately, I may have to just give up on it and go find another fragrance, so I can have the access to the entire line -- Lavanila Labs kinda needs to get their act together on that, because, for example, I ADORE the Vanilla Blackberry fragrance, but they have an even worse selection than the Vanilla Coconut! All the Vanilla Blackberry offers is the the regular old cologne and some kind of oil thing I can't think of the name of right now. It's totally aggravating.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that LaVanila fragrances are made from such great, high-quality ingredients; all natural and nothing bad for you and not tested on animals and just everything you could possibly want -- except the little detail that YOU CAN'T GET IT ANYWHERE!
Come on, Lavanila!!! Give us what we want -- and we want EVERYTHING!

Quick Take: sweet, long-wearing, sexy
I've tried Lavanilla Pure Vanilla, but it was a bit too musky on me and didnt quite smell sweet enough as i had hoped. I reluctantly bought vanilla coconut, hoping it didnt smell TOO much like coconut, and to my surprise, it was the PERFECT vanilla! I dont really pick up the coconut scent as much as i do in the deodorant, but the perfume smells more like vanilla to me. LOVELY! im allergic to most perfumes, but this is a perfume i will wear for life (or as long as they keep making it!) A MUST try for any vanilla lovers out there :)

Some vanilla and/or coconut scents smell soooo sweet and artificial. This one smells soft and sweet without overpowering. Love it. The rollerball application is nice, and the concentrated formula allows me to use just a little each time I apply.

A GREAT FRAGRANCE FOR SUMMER NIGHTS

Quick Take: perfect in the summer
I love the smell of coconut. I love the feminine fragrances from Lavanila. The Vanilla Coconut Roller-Ball is so wonderful in the summer. It smells delicious. I live in the hot humid Southeast, and find that this lasts much longer than I expected it to. I've been using it since last year. I love rollerballs, because it makes it so easy to travel with a fragrance or to carry it my purse to refresh a fragrance applied at home. I love this fragrance because it smells so good. The vanilla is beautifully balanced out by the coconut, and the other ingredients. I love this rollerball and highly recommend it.

The vanilla coconut scent is my favorite out of all of the lavanilla scents. It is perfect for summer, and in the rollerball form it is very easy to apply. Even though it does wear off after a few hours, it is completely worth it!

Takes me back...

I fell in love with this scent from day one - my husband & I honeymooned in Tahiti and the scent took me back to the best 2 weeks of my life. It's light a fresh. Even my husband said I smelled like Tahiti! I've found many scents don't work with the oils in my skin - it changes the scent. This one is perfect for me, the way it smells in the roller is the way it smells on me!
