Wonderful Scent and Chic Packaging

I recently bought this for my 9 year old who was needing help in the body-order department. It is a great first deodorant ! We are so happy with it that her sister is now also using the Vanilla scent. Both scents are pleasant and mild--nothing that over-powers you with perfume--rather very pleasant aromas. I am also excited that this has no parabens or harmful chemicals. Tried it myself when I ran out of my normal stuff and I'm not sure its strong enough to protect me all day. However, its GREAT for our purposes!

I'd rather not have heavy metals seeping into my skin. I know, I know.. I'm picky.
This is a natural deodorant, meaning you're not rolling ALUMINUM directly into the pores of your body. Most "naturals" make me red and rashy. This rolls on smooth, smells great and isn't toxic. Worth every penny.

Quick Take: non irritating non staining
This is a good deodorant for an aluminum free product. It works better than any other natural deodorant that I have tried. My only complaint is that it's 3 times as expensive as most deodorants and runs out fairly quickly.

I personally use the Vanilla Coconut. I like that scent the best as it's more earthy smelling, a little spicy. I use only natural deodorants and this one is my favorite. The texture is soft and smooth. It lasts a long time. Most natural deodorants you'll have to apply 2x a day if you're stressing out or doing anything strenuous. That's just normal.
Also, the container lasted a long while. Once I found it running out, I IMMEDIATELY ordered a new one.

As some people have said before, this is not an antiperspirant, so you will sweat. But, at least for me, it covers up the "smell" of sweat. If you are self-conscious though, you should probably apply some throughout the day as I feel that it does wear off after a while. I feel confident using this deodorant because it's all natural, and no aluminum.

Quick Take: most effective, fresh and clean
I LOVE the newest scent Fresh Vanilla Lemon.. it smells so clean and fresh, which is exactly how you want your deodroant to smell!! I have tried almost every natural deodoant on the market and Lavanila's Healthy Deodorant is the most effective and smells the best of all. I highly recommend.. It has become a staple in my daily routine!

Fair warning- this product is not the same as your drug store, clinical strength antiperspirant and deodorant. If that is what you are expecting, go buy it instead.
This product is a natural formulation that masks odors caused by bacteria that is naturally found on our skin and reduces perspiration.
When transitioning from standard to naturally formulated products, there is always a transition period where your skin/hair/body needs to acclimate itself to the change. I'm willing to bet this is why so many other reviewers are finding issues with the product.
I started off using a drugstore natural brand and happened to pick this up when I was on a trip and forgot deo. I love it! I wear a vanilla based perfume and find that the Pure Vanilla scent is a perfect pairing for what I already use. It glides on smoothly and offers good control even on the warmest of days. Do I still sweat through? Absolutely. There is no reason for a person to be 100% dry on a day where the temp is 85.

I wasn't sure if I wanted try a natural deoderant based on reviews. Now that I've tried it for a few days I'm going continue to buy. The smell is very clean and I love that the lid screws on. Now I don't sweat very much at all.... so I don't need a lot to keep me smelling fresh ...... I don't know how great it would work for those that usually need a more heavy duty deodorant.

Quick Take: fresh and smells great!
I love the smell of the Vanilla Grapefruit. Mostly I like that it is not chock full of chemicals! This is not an antiperspirant, but I don't sweat that much if I am not doing anything strenuous. You would be doing your body good to use this deodorant on days that you don't need an antiperspirant. I don't know of any antiperspirant that isn't bad for you.

This is one of my favorite Sephora purchases and has been a staple for me. It has a lovely, natural scent and absorbs well. I work 12 hour shifts and would not claim this lasts all day (but what natural product would?) so I do sometimes keep a travel size at work and reapply if needed. In my search for healthy deodorant this is by far the best one I've tried.

I like this product. It keeps me smelling sweet and contains healthy ingredients. It's long-lasting, keeping sweat and underarm odor under control for at least 24 hours. It's a bit high-priced, but worth it because it smells good and works very well.

I was about to give up on using aluminum free deodorant until I found this one. It really does keep me dry, REALLY! It smells amazing, feels great on my skin, and most importantly: IT WORKS! I put it on after my morning shower and don't have to worry about smelling funky or being sweaty before the end of the day. I highly doubt that any other brand works this well without having scary chemicals in them.

Quick Take: very expensive
I purchased this deodorant because I love the body cream in the same scent. The scent is not the same!! The scent is not unpleasant, just not the same as the body cream and the effectiveness of this deodorant wears off after a few hours and you become very, "natural!" Very expensive and burns my armpits when I first apply each morning. I'll use this tube but not buy again. VERY EXPENSIVE!!
