For Xmas, we gave this to our nephew. He is a health teacher and baseball coach. He was so excited. He said he always goes "grubby" because he really doesn't know how to shave and nicks himself all the time. Since he is a newlywed, he wants to try clean-shaven.

I received the A of S as a sample for my boyfriend to try. I shaved his face last night with this product and WOW what a wonderful product this is. He breaks out very easy but this product did not make him breakout and the razor just glided over his skin like butter. I am ordering him the kit today! Thanks for the sample!

Artfully shaves women too!

I am faithfully hooked on the Art of the Shave! After letting my old man use the Shave Oil and Shave Cream to take care of my 'girl bits', I immediately noticed:
no catching, nicks or cuts while receiving the shave
no itching while the hair was growing back in
and
no HAIR BUMPS at all! (We both prefer the manual Fusion blades for shaving).
The Art of the Shave is a process which helps to lift the hairs, make them slick yet grabbable by the blade, and effectively be taken out of the skin. It's very different from regular shave cream. I love this product and will continue to use it.
There is also a ladies of the Art of the Shave. I have not tried it simply because it is Rose Scented. I prefer an unscented shaving product.

Finally a product my husband is really happy with.

my husband has sensitive skin, which seems to react to almost anything he tries to use on it. I had heard rave reviews about this product and figured, why not give it a try. He's never used a brush before, but he loves it, he also says the shaving cream is the best he has ever come across and his skin looks amazing to boot! I love this for him and even better, he loves this for himself! Going to just stick with shaving cream and brush for now though, he didn't feel he was getting any benefits from the pre-shaving oil and the after shaving balm.

Bought this for my boyfriend to try and it's been 2 weeks now. He has sensitive skin and a tough beard, but he says this set helps A LOT. He's completely ditched his old products and will definitely buy the full sized ones when he's out.
His skin looks and feels soo healthy and smooth - so we're both happy! I'd recommend this kit for sure. It's incredibly worth it to try the whole line for just 25 bucks and you'll already have the brush if you do decide to continue with the larger sizes.

When I saw the starter kit for this product I immediately bought it. He has very sensitive skin and this kit is excellent for him. This is his first shaving kit and he has never been happier. I am buying the full set once he is finished with this starter kit.

I bought this to do a test, before I bought the full size set for my brother. This stuff is great! My legs have never been smoother, and it's no more time consuming than my old method. It only takes a very small amount of shave cream to do both legs and the brush produces a very nice lather. It's not as unscented as they seem to think, but it's not overpowering and it fades fairly quickly.

Husband loves it!

I bought this for my husband, who has very sensitive skin. He has tried Jack Black, Lab Series, Anthony Logistics and other high end shaving creams. He has wanted to try The Art of Shaving for a long time, but didn't want to spend the money on large bottles of it. I surprised him with this sample kit, and he loved it. It gives him a close shave with no irritation. We will definitely be buying regular sizes of this! I would highly recommend it.

After using this product for the first time, I was hooked! I have tried a lot of shaving products, but this one surpasses all of them. My skin was soft, smooth, and most of all moisturized. I would highly recommend this product!
