This is a MUST HAVE. I got a Brazilian wax for the first time (I know, probably TMI) and in the front, I ended up getting a lot of ingrowns. I didn't know what to know so I decided to try The Cool Fix. I began seeing results around day 3 and within a week, 95% of my ingrowns were gone. Like the other reviews mentioned, this stuff stings. It started stinging bad around day 3 but stopped a few days later. But I PROMISE, it is worth every wince and penny. This is great for minor nicks when you shave your legs and thighs too. I can finally put my bikini back on. Lol

I had unmentionable chin hairs that I've had to deal with since I was 30. I would pluck them and end up with ingrown hairs and hyper-pigmentation. After I started using Shaveworks the Cool Fix I noticed not only did the ingrown hairs go away but the hairs HAVEN'T grown back! I'm beyond thrilled. The dark spots are also gradually lightening. I picked this product up on a whim. Never heard anything about it before. I'm so happy I did!!!

This product initially stings but then it cools so nicely that I actually run for it whenever I have shaved. I used to hate bikini shaving because it hurts afterwards due to sensitive skin but this product has made it much more comfortable!! Definitely worth buying!

It helps prevent ingrown hair and if it does I find it easy to remove. Sometimes not sure why this gel consistency leaves a white film on my skin which is not appealing but when it happens I try to fix it with some lotion

I have very sensitive skin that is prone to those angry, red, painful razor bumps and ingrown hairs that we are all so fond of. The sales girl in Sephora showed me this product, and it is incredible! It burns when you first put it on, but that goes away very quickly and you are left with smooth, soothed skin that is free of irritation for DAYS!!! I have even used it on my under arms to prevent irritation. This will be a new staple product in my house for sure! I just wish I could have discovered this sooner!

This is a delightful gel that cools the skin and makes any recently waxed/shaved area smooth and bump free. It is easy to put on, and it smells nice. I can put it on whenever I like, and it just is a great product overall. I didn't see a significant decrease of ingrown hairs, but it works well for everything else it advertises. Plus, depending on how you use it, it can last a few monthes.

I have super sensitive skin and get the worst bikini area razor burn. This stuff is a life saver! Thank goodness the sales girl in the Fashion Valley store knew exactly what to show me form the mens skincare section of all places. It has a bit of a manly scent, but that goes away soon enough.

I got this as a sample and kept forgetting about it. After trying it, I coudn't believe this has been just sitting in my room all this time! It's pure magic! I used it on my legs and armpits and its ammmmazing! Only advice: a little goes a long way. It made my legs and pits look super smooth!

I originally bought this since I heard its great for after waxing, my boyfriend started using it though and now we are on our 4th bottle. He has super sensitive skin and won't use anything on it but this product somehow made it into to every day use. It definitely works on razorbumps and keeps in between wax sessions more bearable.

my husband loves this stuff!

I bought this for my husband after he tried a sample and it has totally cleared up his skin. he was plagued with razor burn and ingrown hairs in his beard area and neck and this took care of he problem. He had been previously using a drugstore brand anti-acne cleanser which didn't help nearly as much as Cool Fix and since this product can be slightly drying, he just went to a gentle daily cleanser and COol fix twice daily and his skin looks great.

I don't know why, but I started to get razor burn on my legs when I shaved. I tried using different brands of razors and only using new razors - didn't help. I got this as a sample and decided to use. After I shaved I could feel the tingle of the itch that usually accompanies the razor burn. I put this on and that went away - and no razor burn. I am definitely going to buy the full size version of this.
