Quick Take: good value
I picked this up at the local Sephora store thinking I was purchasing the regular tinted moisturizer flawless face kit but when I discovered my mistake - I decided to give the kit a try. The color was a perfect match for my skin tone. I have used several different brands of minerals and this was certainly one of the best I have used.

Quick Take: a good value, perfect sizes for travel, quality brushes
I already use the mineral primer, but had not tried the other items in the kit. The candlelight illuminating powder works really well, and the kits has a nice blending brush for applying it. I use this on my cheekbone and it is just enough highlight with no sparkles.
The secret concealer blends well under the eye area , as it is very creamy. The concealer brush allows precise application since it has a small tapered end, but for me, I need to use my finger to blend it out. I set it with a little bit mineral powder after.
I am happy with all the items and the clear cosmetic bag is a good quality too. I have combination, medium shade skin.

Quick Take: an ok value
The brush is terrible it sheds black hairs that are hard to wipe away without messing up your makeup. Even after months of using it it still does this. I switched to this brand when none of the bare minerals shades matched my skin tone anymore. I'm really pleased with the powder. The primer is awesome. It doesn't make me break out like many of the sillicon based primers do. It makes the make up last lots longer. The concealer provides ok coverage don't leave it in the car though it will melt and make a mess (even when it's not that hot. I bought in October).

I like this kit for a quick cover-up but I prefer Laura Mercier's other lit the flawless face kit. It may be due to my age. If you are in your 20's this may be just what you need.

This is a great way to try multiple products. A really good value. I love the primer and mineral makeup. Together they keep my skin from getting oily during the day. Will definitely go back for the full size product.

Quick Take: good value, fabulous amazing terrific light coverage
I have large pores and fine lines that ALL liquid foundations (and most mineral products) sink into within 2 hours of application but this stuff is great. Mostly, because of the primer it lasts for a good 6 - 8 hours without touchup, looks natural - instead of cakey, and I've been offered 2 jobs now while wearing it. I got help matching skintone and application at the Sephora store. This is AMAZING stuff!

Quick Take: makes skin look shiny, nice bag & concealer but not worth the price, other mineral make-ups out-beat this one
I like the bag & concealer the most. The foundation & primer is not nearly as good as other mineral make-ups I have tired. The finishing power makes you look shiny & therefore oily (not luminous). I bought this because it was a discounted value set, but the value is definitely not there in my opinion.

Quick Take: good value
It finishes nicely. However, it needs touching up mid-day. Unlike the Bare Minerals, this only contains the foundation items. Rich concealer, foundation and mineral/bronzer veil. I have tried using Urban Decay Finishing Spray, but still doesn't seem to stay on longer.

I started using Laura M a few years ago, and I'm hooked. There isn't a better make up that looks natural and like your not wearing any. Just wish they had rich vanilla, which this great travel kit doesnt have, but got it anyway.

Love LOVE Laura Mercier Mineral kit! It was such a great value to try it out and Im so glad I did. Although in my 30's I still get break outs. Plus my skin is uneven. I hate to feel the thickness of make up on my face plus it never stayed put. But with this Mineral make up you get the feel of naked with the coverage of brilliantly even glowing skin! I will never go back!

Quick Take: good value
Love, love, love this mineral foundation. I've tried bare minerals and found it too drying. I've tried Youngblood and it's okay but can leave you feeling too caked on. This goes on smooth and feels light. It doesn't gives you that pancake make-up look. I like a foundation that makes me look like I am not wearing foundation at all. Gives you light to medium coverage which is all I need. Your face looks like it has a very subtle glow. The concealer goes on a little stiff and I find that I have to wear a filler underneath otherwise it will crease, but it covers as it is supposed to. The foundation primer feels like it has a little moisture in it and primes that face wonderfully. Other primers can be very drying. The brushes however are sub par. Not my favorite. I would recommend this kit and Laura Mercier mineral foundation period. I have finally found a foundation I can live with.

Quick Take: good value, just for the younger ones
I ususally love Laura, and I have tried some Mineral Make up I loved so this should have been the best of both worlds, but NOOOOO. It showed every fine line and wrinkle I have and some new ones I didn't even know I had. The coverage was too light and very uneven. I am over 50 and have had CHEMO so I think the product if for younger less dry skin
