Terrific moisture
-04.07.12
Quick Take: dimishes fine lines, hydrates effectiviely
After speaking to the sales associate about the condition of my skin, and all the previous products I had used, she gave me a 2 week sample of the DDF serum & Advanced Moisture cream. Best way to try a product- I was thrilled!! Saw a great improvement in my skin's condition and appearance, not nearly as dry, fine lines gone. Very pricey but you use only a small amount both AM & PM, it's well worth it for mature skin. And always seek out the advice of an associate!

Couldn't stand the smell.
-05.04.11
I'm a big fan of my everyday sunscreen moisturizer that i normally use, but I'm all for trying new things and I got a free sample with my purchase. As a moisturizer it was fine, but no better than my drugstore bought one, and for a product that claims to be fragrance free it was anything but. I tried it twice and could not get past of its awful smell. Sorry not a fan.

caused my skin breakout.. :(
-04.19.11
I got a sample of this the other day. Yes, it has a strong smell, but it is durable. The problem is it caused my skin broke out. After for three days of using this, my face has red spots and pimples. :( Guess I should stop using it on my face. As I did not buy the whole product, I feel ok.

Loved the smell after the first day!
-04.13.11
Quick Take: preventative, moisturizing
The first time I used this moisturizer, I was really overwhelmed by the VERY turmeric-y smell of it. I almost got rid of it but gave it one more shot, because I've read so much about turmeric's awesome anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The smell grew on me really fast (it's like a nice curry). I actually really love it now! I look forward to putting it on my face in the morning and the actual effects of the cream both under make-up and on it's own are comparable to Lancome Absolue and a lot of the higher end one's I've tried before (with probably superior anti-aging ingredients).

Smells awful
-04.13.11
I had to throw this product out because it smelled like an ash tray. I was surprised by the smell since it is a well-known brand.

I got a sample of this but I wouldn't use it after one use. The smell was too awful to tell how well the product works.

I don't know how well this product performs because it smelled so bad I had to instantly wash it off my face. I could not take it.

Quick Take: non irritating
I love this moisturizer. Lots of people have commented on the weird smell, but it really does just smell like spices. I like it. The smell is gone as soon as you rub it into your skin. It soaks in completely- leaves a great feel to my skin and moisturizes really well. Most moisturizers with spf make my eyes run and water, but I don't have that problem with this one.

love it!!!
-01.15.11
Quick Take: tightening, moisturizing, soft
i love how this cream makes my skin feel, so soft and it makes the make up look even better you dont even need a primer, the smell is a little weird but thats because it contains turmeric root and turmeric normally has a strong smell, but it's not that bad and its really good for your skin, just google turmeric and you'll see, and what makes this even better is that it doesnt stain like the real turmeric, its just great!

AMAZING day cream
-10.15.10
Quick Take: dimishes fine lines, tightening, preventative, skin softening, light-weight
I have oily skin and had reservations about using this cream, though the fact that I love chemical sunscreens drew me in. Once you get past the tumeric scent, which honestly--fades within 10 min, you will see and feel the benefits of the cream on your skin and I used this every day!! I literally scraped the jar clean this morning! I got SO many compliments on my skin during the time I used this product. HIGHLY recommend for all skin types--its worth the price!

DDF Advanced Moisture Defense UV Cream
-10.06.09
Quick Take: preventative, super hydrating, feels wonderful
LOVE IT!!!
I was given a sample by a Sephora associate. 2 days later I came back and purchased a jar. I can't wait to cleanse my face to apply it! I like it much better than creams that I have paid double the amount for. The cream hydrates and looks fabulous under my foundation. I plan to buy for my Mom as gift.

DDF Advanced Moisture Defense UV Cream
-09.09.09
Quick Take: moisturizes
So far, I am happy with the boost to my aging skin using DDF. It seems to absorb well instead of just laying on the skin and makes it seem softer. MORE magazine recommended it and although I don't buy into regenerating, I do buy into moisturizing and maintaining healthy looking skin as I age.

Excellent suncscreen...
-06.27.09
DDF's UV Cream SPF 15 is an excellent all over suscreen that is not overly greasy and abosrbs quickly. It even stays on after being in the water (just not for long periods of time). I have fair skin and this keeps ne from burning, I still wish it had an SPF 30 though. The major drawback is the price. It is expehsive and I'm not sure that I will pay that much again for a sunscreen, even though it it very good I've used cheaper ones that work just as well.
