I had high hopes for this highlighter, but for some reason it didn't show up on my skin. I'm relatively fair but this didn't work as a highlight product like I wanted and I returned it.

i was disappointed. the lightest application still looked very heavy on me. i have very pale skin so perhaps it is the gold sheen? it wasn't illuminating at all. i was really hoping for more but it turned out to be on the bad side of "meh." returned it.

Quick Take: a wash of subtle golden magic!
You can use this product everywhere. Loved glitter and sparkle when I was younger, but not so much now (mid 30's). This is just enough of a glow without being over the top. Even though I have light skin it works great in the inner corners of my eyes, above and below my brows or lash line. I pat some on the center of my lips under my lip gloss. Down the bridge of my nose (it's your personal lighting crew). Great on the body as well. Dont forget to use it on your legs and feet when showing off your sandals and your pedicure!

I LOVE shimmer. And this is a perfect add on to any finished powdered face. It has REAL gold in it. It lasts forever. I've been complimented many times and this is one of my favorite products. I LOVE TOO FACED!

I love this powder! It does have alot of shimmer so if I over do I get the feeling I look like Edward Cullen. But I just use it as a highlight just above my cheek bones and sometimes have used it as a eyeshadow. I will be ordering this when I run out.

I have medium to medium-olive skin. I use the Cream Glow BB cream. My skin isn't incredibly dark, and I don't have a tan right now. Even so, I could not detect this powder on my skin. I would find myself layering it on because I wanted to see something. I could sometimes see a bit of a sparkle, but it would disappear quickly. It's not that it was bad powder; it just didn't do much. It certainly didn't provide any coverage or cover redness, which I guess it doesn't claim to do. I also didn't think it "illuminated" anything. I was going to return it, but I gave it to my 60-year-old mom instead who has slightly lighter skin than mine, and she quite likes it. I think if you have fair skin with gold undertones and do not need powder that will cover redness, this might work for you; otherwise, try the Too Faced Amazing Face Foundation Powder, which provides incredibly coverage, especially over the Too Faced BB cream.

This product is amazing!! It is exactly what the description says it is! I know some other reviews state that it was too glittery and that had kept me from trying it sooner, but I do not notice any glitter or sparkle at all. It leaves my skin looking soft and flawless! I do apply with a fluffly brush instead of the powder puff thing it comes with, so maybe that makes the difference. I would definitely recommend this product over and over again!!

I bought this powder to use as a highlighter for my everyday makeup routine. This gives me the perfect amount of shimmer when in natural light, as it's not overbearing.
The texture is soft and compact, and applies smoothly. I use it to high light my nose bridge, under the eyes, dab on the top of forehead and i'm done.
Make sure you don't use this as a setting powder to avoid looking like a robot!

I have just started to contour my face with bronzer, blush, and highlighter, and this is pretty sheer so it is good for starting out. You can put a lot of this on without it being too noticeable but still giving a highlighted effect. I put thils under my eyes down to the tops of the cheeks, the middle of the forehead, the brow bone (do with your finger so it goes on thicker) chin, nose, and a dot above the top lip. you can google where to put highlighter and you will find pictures showing where exactly to use highlighter, bronzer, and blush to get that kardashian contour look

I've been using this product for quite some time and I love that it's so sheer and it really give my eyes that extra sparkle. I use it all over my face, but especially under my eyes which helps conceal the dark circles and makes my eyes appear brighter and brings the look more to my eye color and the color of my eye shadow. Wonderful product.

I've never written a makeup review because I've never been exceptionally impressed by a product....until I bought this. This is the perfect light, subtle, but still great coverage illuminating powder. I've seriously never gotten so many compliments on my skin until after I started wearing this. Just a light dusting over my cheeks, nose, forehead, and a little dab under my eyes and I have a subtle but noticeable glow. Perfection. Especially if you use liquid foundation.

I never use highlighters/luminizers because 99% of them are much too shimmery/sparkly. This is a blessed exception. Beautifully subtle, it makes my skin look satiny, not metallic. If you want to look glowy w/o looking like a disco ball, try this.

The most apt comparison for this product is this: wearing beautiful undergarments because of the way they make you feel, and someone is going to see you look beautiful too. In general, when I wear is powder, no one notices that I have a lovely layer of shimmer. It's just when the lighting is right and someone is just close enough. It feels ethereal. It changes the way my husband looks at me when we dance together. Not everything beautiful is obvious. Sometimes subtle is even more glamorous, and this powder hits the nail on the head perfectly (plus the included kabuki brush is heaven!)

This product is one of those that I'll probably always buy. I am a socal girl. I love dewy, glowy, sunkissed skin and this does it for me. It sets my makeup with a gold tinge, isn't over bearing and doesn't look like a face of glitter has splashed on you. I do suggest that if you have pink undertones to not buy as it has gold illuminating powder, so would look best on yellow complexions.

I bought this a year ago and just repurchased since it's almost gone. I have very fair skin and I use it all over my face after applying my liquid foundation. I use a large powder brush and swirl it lightly just a couple of times, then lightly swipe over my face so as to use just enough to get the function of a powder setting the foundation. With that, it shimmers subtly and just in the right places when the light hits it. I don't think it's meant to be a highlighter, but just as the description states - it sets makeup and imparts a soft-focused glow, which is achieved when used correctly.

This powder gives me a barely there glow. While it looks natural I can't really see it until I'm outdoors and then it looks like I had glitter fallout from my eyeshadow or something. I wouldn't suggest this for the cheeks or forehead. Works better for my on my browbone. I wouldn't repurchase.

I was very very excited for this product. It did let me down a lot. I have light medium skin.It was not noticeable to me or others. I was not expecting bam but I would have liked a wow. It might just be my skin tone. I dont reccomend this for anyting but light skin tones.
