Quick Take: smudgable, long wearing
The product is very thick and viscose, and beads up on an eyeliner brush...you can obtain a thick, heavy line that will indeed stay all day, if that's what you want. The product also tends to leach the color out of powdered pigment or glitter...every color I've tried this with goes on as simply dark gray.

I bought this to wear over gel eyeliners or pencils. I have hooded eyes, so my eyeliner gets everywhere. I put on my eyeliner then brush a little of this over it and it stays as long as I want it too!

This is a nice product. It creates a really opaque liner out of an eyeshadow and sets well. I have not tested out the wear time enough yet to give it a full 5 stars but its certainly a nice look and a decent amount o product for the price.

I used to use SheLaq by Benefit, but it was discontinued. I was looking for a replacement, and came across this product. I don't use it to transform eye shadow into eyeliner - I just put one drop on a brush, and brush it on over my eyeliner and mascara to keep them in place. It works REALLY well for this, I'm not constantly checking to see if I need to wipe stray liner or mascara off from under my lower lashes.
After about 12 hours it does seem to lose effectiveness, but it gets me through the workday, and then some, without my eye makeup becoming a mess.

Put 3 drops on a palette and drop some pigment and mix. Apply w a small precision brush then rinse brush. Maximized pigment perfection that lasts all day!!! GORG w the alluvium.

This is one of my favourite products from Illamasqua. Not only does it create a waterproof eyeliner, but I can line my eyes with any colour I want. I find this works best with loose pigment eyeshadows for a real pop of intense colour, but make sure you wash your liner brush afterwards, as when it dries it can become stiff as a board.

Put some powder shadow in my hand with a drop of this and mixed to make a paste for eyeliner. It lasted all night but it did feel a little stiff by the end of the night.

I noticed that there are a range of reviews for this product. I am on the side that hated this stuff. I tried it with the eye liner cake from this line, and it doesn't work. It doesn't help with the application and doesn't set makeup either.

I wouldn't say this is amazing, but would I really want something that stuck like gorilla glue to my skin? Its similar to using water with my eyebrow cake, but helps it stay a little more firmly in place. I just dab a tiny amount into the palm of my hand then dip my brush in the solution.

Whenever I put on eye makeup (liner, shadow, you name it), it ends up either on my upper lid (not cool if I've used a thin line of a bright color - who wants to see a stray bright blue line on your lid??) or it creases. No more with this stuff! I just squeeze a little on my hand (one drop is all you need), dip my eyeliner brush into it, and then sweep it into a shadow for instant long-wearing color! I do find that washing my brushes right after using this works best, as the product tends to harden them, but it's not totally necessary - just make sure to wash them before using them again. I like that this is in two bottles - portable, and doesn't dry out quickly. I did have some trouble with a couple of brands/colors of eyeshadow not going on evenly, but I think that was due to the low quality of the eyeshadows, not because of this. I love this product!!!

Nice product over all, amazing concept. However, it only stayed on my eyes for 6-8 hours. I need something that won't smudge off. See video for full detail. n_n

Just OK- Things you should know: it makes brushes stiff and crunchy unless you rinse them with brush cleaner immediately after using-I don't know about you, but I don't have time for that nonsense in the morning. I tried dipping liner brush into get first and then mixing in shadow pan to use shadow as a wet liner and it crusted and hardened over the shadow, definitely did not like that. So now I use wet line with shadow first and then dip liner brush into a few drops in the cap. It dilutes the pigment and delicate line of the shadow a bit, so that is also annoying.

I've been looking for something to replace SheLaq, and this is the best I've found so far. It locks down all eye powders so that they truly do not budge with water, but even gentle facewash removes it easily and completely. It's also easy to clean it of the brush. Also, it gives you a generous amount of time to work with your application before it sets.

You get two very small bottles of this. Different, but I like it. This way it won't dry out. I use this to line my lower lashes with powder... I can't find the right color in pencils and this is much easier to blend anyway. It dries quickly and lasts all day. Wonderful for people who love the pigment in powder but want the staying power of liquid.

I first heard of this on a You tube tutorial, and was recommended it by a sales rep at the store...I am sooooooo glad i bought this..Originally bought it for my Cleopatra costume for Halloween, and have been using it daily since then..My aged eyes no longer crease, and I no longer have to stress over what eye primers work best...LOVE IT, can't live w/out it..
