I got the color "Jan" a while back and it is a reeeeally great color. It wears different that the swatch shows and it is a but hard to describe, but it turns this awesome muted pink.
As far as long wearing? This was indeed long wearing, chip resistant and really VERY fast drying. I only used ONE coat (with great coverage) and that was it. It lasted a full week before I started to get chips.
Highly impressed and I'd recommend to all.

This is an amazing deep purple...but not too deep to where it is hard to distinguish the actual color. Very pretty looking although I took off a star since it did chip pretty quickly.

This color was better than I thought it would be. Other reviews were saying it's not that dark but it is. It's a beautiful dark green, like a dark pine green. It's creamy and stays on for a long time.

This nail polish I think is the worse I have ever used. It just peels right off like those kiddie polishes they use to have a long time ago. Dont waste your money on this polish.

Hmmmm- 11.09.09
Bought this after reading pretty decent reviews, regarding being chip resistant. Loved the color I purchased, however I noticed chipping on the same day! The second day, even more. I applied correctly, and finished with a nice top coat. I was pretty disappointed.

I tried MILF on in the store, and it is really pretty! I have been on the hunt for a minty green, and this one is pretty nice. If you are looking for a Chanel Jade dupe, this one might not be exactly the same. MILF is a very creamy mint/celery color. It has no shimmer or blue undertones, which the Chanel one has. I do think this one is more wearable. I love the formula, and it dries pretty quickly. For the price, I'd rather have this one over the Chanel.

Bought MILF, Hard to Apply- 11.02.09
I was excited to get the MILF color, and it is really pretty. Unfortunately the application was so cumbersome that I can't rate this polish highly.
It took me about 5 tries before I figured out that you have to wipe the entire length of the back part of the wand when taking out the brush so that a huge clump doesn't form which drips down onto the nail.

I've been a manicurist for 28 years and try all new polishes. I was resistant at first to spend $14 on a bottle but am very glad I did. Wonderful application and interesting coverage--goes on like a jelly yet covers like a cream. I bought Reckless which is a great classic red. The trendy colors are great although not my style. This line is a keeper!

I am a HUGE nail polish geek. I live for new, fun colors. I never wear blacks or pinks when there are bright blues and mint greens to play with! So, naturally, when Illamasqua nail polish popped up, I was ALL over it!
I have two colors: Whack, a bright, almost Koi orange with an interesting jelly-cream texture (kind of a mix of both: applies like a cream with the look of a jelly!) that's opaque in three coats, and beautiful Fern, a mid-tone blue with silver glitter that takes about two coats.
The formula is amazing. Thin but not runny, glides right on the nail. Pigmentation is great. And they dry in a snap.
The wear is great, too. I use ORLY Bonder as a base coat and Seche Vite as a top coat and the only wear I get from these polishes is a bit of fading at the very tips, which is nothing for me, as nail polish just loves to chip on me.
All in all, a great products. I can't wait to try some new shades!

went looking for a paler grey originally, but i think this shade looks much better on. super fast to dry, needed only one coat and was totally chip-resistant with no top coat added! this line also has some really amazing greens and purples, so i'll be going back when i want some more unusual shades!

I had imagined a clear gloss with fine red glitter polish and had been looking all over locally for something like it with no success. I just happened to stumble upon this polish while looking at the new Illamasqua makeup collections. Ordered it immediately and love it!
It's been awhile since I was in Jr. High (20 years), so I wasn't looking for huge, Hello Kitty pieces of glitter in a nail polish. This polish has very fine pieces of glitter. It looks good over a variety of other color polishes (I've been experimenting) but I've been wearing it mostly just on it's own. The glitter leaves a slightly rough finish, but with a thin cover of topcoat it's no problem. I've found that adjusting the brush helps to determine how much glitter goes on the nails. Using just the ends of the brush applies just a little glitter, while holding the brush slightly horizontal (parallel to the nail) leaves lots of glitter. Both look good. A very versatile, fun polish!

Fantastic staying power- 10.26.09

The quality of this nail polish is pretty good. I bought Baptiste which is a purple, so it's important that it doesn't chip immediately since it's such a dark color. This definately stays on. I am slightly disappointed in the color though. It looks black most of the time, but under direct sunlight it looks more purple. I was hoping for a stronger purple hue, but this is pretty close to the look I was going for. It's a little pricey, but since I was searching for that purple everywhere I caved and spent the money.

This is pricey polish. But maybe that's what it takes to finally get everything a great polish should be: quick drying, self-leveling, deeply pigmented, super-smooth application/applicator and long-wearing. Get this polish for the hard to find colors- for the basic ones move to Sephora by OPI. Phallic is a deep jewel-toned metallic blue. I did two thick coats and it is darker than what i thought it would be. but in the light it's more prismatic. Sooo glad i returned my Chanel "Blue Satin" and bought this! *i did a pic with full-on flash and one with backlight to see the difference.

i was a little hesitant, as this is the most expensive nail polish i bought. i've never seen a gray polish (DWS) before, so i had to get it. the colour is PERFECT. it was dry in less than a minute, and i've had it on for about a week and it's barely chipped. worth ever penny. seriously.
