Very moisturizing

This is a great conditioner for tighter curls and drier hair. It's just a little too heavy for my hair. I'm stll going to use this occasionally because it does add a lot of moisturizer.

Started with theCurl Quencher Shampoo, and the Moisturizing Shampoo. Felt really great on my hair, and loved the curl pattern, however once dried the hair actually dried out and was very brittle, and hard to comb through.

Quick Take: fabulous
I discovered Ouidad products about 7 or 8 years ago. I ordered them thru the mail before they were available at Sephora. I have also used products similar from a company up in Canada. Ouidad products are slightly better and now I can buy them local. I use her entire line and LOVE the product. If you love to wear your hair curly the moisturizer is the first step in fabulous hair!

People ask me what I do to my hair to make the curls so defined and healthy-looking. It's all about Ouidad, and a big part of that is Ouidad Curl Quencher Moisturizing Conditioner, which I comb through my hair every day and leave on while I shower. It's just the right thickness, smells great, and leaves my hair healthy and soft and the curls beautiful.

Quick Take: good at detangling
I used this conditioner on my daughter's hair. She is biracial and has very curly hair that likes to frizz. The conditioner worked well as a detangler, but left her hair dry. I returned it.

I have coarse, curly hair. I am using the leave in conditioner and this product. My hair is softer and my curls are nice for 2 to 3 days. Can't wait to try the shampoo!

If you are a curly hair girl, this is a must have. It refreshes the curls, specially after a day, two days, three days and four days wash. I revives and defined the curls.

My hair has never looked so good as it has with the Ouidad line of products. I have tight, spiral curls and the curl quencher moisturizing conditioner always nourishes my dry curls without weighing them down. Love it!

Got it right from Ouidad salon

I was in LA this summer and I had to pamper myself by going to the Ouidad Salon. My hair came out like never before, she listened to what I requested which was "Soft loose curls". I have 2c/3a curls and they can get really tight depending on what products I use. I was using the Balancing Rinse conditioner before I visited the salon but she let me know that conditioner actually encourages the curl pattern even more bc it contains protein. So she recomended this Curl Quencher Condt, which actually is heavier and weights my curls down the way I like them to be. I highly recommend it, it's very rich and it also works well as leave-in (only leave a little bit).

I have been using Ouidad products for about 10 years and have several that I like a lot. The Curl Quencher shampoo and cond. have been staples for me, however the bottle I just received of this cond. seems to be a different formulation. It smells completely different and performs differently too. I've only used it a few times so far, but at this point I much prefer the previous version. I wish they would have left a good product alone.
BTW, another review stated that it doesn't have any silicones, but it actually does. I just wanted to clarify in case you avoid silicones in your hair products.

I have been using this conditioner for about 5 months now. I don't find that I have to use a lot to get the knots out of my hair in the shower. I also like from what I can tell anyway from reading the label that it doesn't contain any silicone.
