I have heard great things about Ouidad and was psyched when it hit Sephora. To be honest, for the money I paid, it's not worth it. I noticed a little more volume in my curls, but not enough to pay $17/bottle. My other curls conditioners do the same work for =/-.

I have tried gazillions of product from expensive to cheap trying to find that "magic bullet" that actually lives up to it's claim...and the Ouidad products are THE ONE! My fine, curly, frizzy hair was uniformly curly, bouncy, and shiny the very first time I used the Playcurl Shampoo, Conditioner and the Clear Control Pomade. Everyone noticed right away that my hair looked great, even my teenage daughter! I can't wait to try others in the Ouidad line! Thank you Ouidad for finally making a product that delivers!

I use this only on the ends of my hair which is wavy and fine. It provides enough moisture to allow the curl to form without weighing my hair down. I definitely recommend reading up on how to treat your hair if you want the natural curl to come out (check out Ouidad's web site).

I bought this because my usual condistioner was unavailable. I'm glad it was. I have wavy/curly hair that can get frizzy. This does a good job and does not weigh down my hair.
I have uber-curly hair and this product is great for adding volume, as promised. However, it smells awful! Thankfully, I don't notice the odor lingering after I rinse my hair.

I have looked almost a decade for great curl care, and I find that my hair frequently fatigues of shampoos... this one is great and my hair responds to is over and over again. Really lovely, and my curls are set all day.

LOVE what it does for my hair and my curls. Good moisture and really helpful for curl definition. Cannot stand the smell. If you are someone who really wants their products to smell good then this is not the thing for you. I put up with it for the results I get, totally worth the sacrifice in sent. (If it bothers you too much, do what I do and invest in some cheap disposable shower caps to toss your hair in while the conditioner sets in.)
I've been using this and the shampoo for about 10 days now. My hair is really soft with great volume - much better then when I've used other volumizing shampoos/conditioners in the past. A little product goes a long way. Overall I'm extremely happy with this.
This is a fairly thick and concentrated conditioner, not too watery, so you don't need much to hydrate and shape your curls in the shower. I do wish that the PlayCurl products had a better scent though.
