This product was so disappointing. I love Ouidad, I have the spray, climate control gel and leave in conditioner. I have very curly hair, but the easy kind. Fairly thick, but smooth and soft in texture, and very easy to style. This stuff made it sticky and unmanageable, and look like it needed a wash (which is weird because my hair is the kind that looks it's best a day or two after it's washed). I've given it about a week and a half but I'm done, this stuff is awful. I'm not a huge review writer but I felt the need to get my experience out there. It's bad enough that it makes me wonder why Ouidad would even put their name on this stuff.

Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight, non-sticky, makes hair shiny
I have been using this serum in my hair product rotation for years. I always seem to go back to this. A little goes a long way, it's lightweight, and it leaves my hair looks almost perfect! It tames the frizz and provides shine i didn't know my hair was able to achieve. I like that it isn't sticky or causes buildup like other serums i tried.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use
I have very curly hair. I wear it both curly and straight. The product is definitely lightweight and non greasy. Unfortunately, it seems to make my hair frizzier even when I straighten it. It also did not seem to add any more shine to my hair. I am glad I gave it a try, but I would not buy this product again, and I would not recommend this product.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use, smells fresh, little goes a long way
I have naturally curly, big, moderately frizzy hair. It's also fairly long and two drops in damp hair have made my hair smoother, softer, and shinier. This was a good buy, I'd recommend it to other curly haired ladies out there.

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use, smooth and silky feeling
This product, used along with Ouidad's Climate and Conditioning gel, have worked miracles for my fine, frizzy hair. I've used so many products through the years I can't count. When I used Ouidad as a sampler, I was incredibly impressed. My salon stylist was impressed too - he couldn't get over how shiny and silky my hair is. I haven't seen anything else quite like this on the market, and now this brand is the only one I use (try the shampoo and conditioner too).

Quick Take: non-sticky, lightweight, easy to use
It isn't often that I find a product that works with my fine, unsually frizzy, corkscrew curls-type-of-hair! I started with Ouidad Heat & Humidity Gel, when I received it as a sample last summer -- now I can't live without it. Add the Shine Glaze Serum, and my hair is incredibly smooth, soft, and shiny with very little frizz! My hair stylist is extremely impressed with these products. They're the best I've found (for my kind of frizzy hair) in years!

Quick Take: non-sticky, easy to use, great for natural curls fine hair
I've tried glaze/shime serums from almost every line imaginable. This one works the best for my naturally curly, fine hair. I use it when my hair is wet, mixed with a little bit of leave-in conditioner and my hair dries frizz free. Love, love love the new lower price as well. It used to be $28.

it's ok...I didn't notice much shine, but then again, it might not be right for my hair type...I would still try it. A lot of people seem to like it, so I would still try a trial size.

This is a GREAT product. I have long, thick, curly hair and when I use Ouidad Shine Glaze Serum, I have such silky, smooth, shiny hair. I have tried a ton of hair smoothing products that also claim to make your hair shiny and non-greasy; this product delivers. I can put it all the way through my hair and I can go 2-3 days with out washing my hair and it never gets greasy. This is the best product I've ever used for my hair.

Quick Take: greasy
I used to use an amazing product from my stylist that contained silicone and completely tamed any frizz or flyaways. I was really hoping this would do the same but unfortunately I was let down. It seemed greasy and weighed my hair down. I also caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror while I was out right after using it and my hair seemed to have way more flyaways than usual. Definitely not smooth or polished! I'm better off using nothing.

I was taught how to use this when I had my hair cut at the Ouidad Salon in NYC. Gel first, let hair dry and use this lightly (don't use too much) to scrunch into curls that are already in place to break up any crunchiness. Check out the short hair tip videos on ouidad.com. My hair is so much better since I learned the techniques for curly hair!
