Dior was always my eyeshadow I purchased chrome yearly and one other soft shadow and in a white shade soft and lovely.

Quick Take: blends easily, highly pigmented
The shade isn't available on Sephora, so you need to go to a Dior counter but shade 516 nude luminescence, is an amazing eye shadow! If you are looking for a neutral, slight shimmer base for your brow line, or all over color..this shade is great. This shadow and some cat eye liquid eyeliner = amazing!!!

Quick Take: chunky, nice color, glittery, pigmented
I fell in love with the color at the store and I bought it. The white one is beautiful but it is not buttery soft as I expected for a Dior shadow-- it is quite chunky and powdery. I wanted the shadow for my inner corner but small flakes kept getting into my eye and they bothered me. I know that one has to pat glittery shadows into the lid and not sweep them but it was still to chunky for a 30 dollar shadow. If it was marketed as a pigment, I would understand-- but I bought this specifically because it glimmered like a pigment but was pressed and supposed to be soft like a shadow. Not very impressed with consistency .

This is a really beautiful formula - really tiny sparkles, unlike a lot of glitter eyeshadow. It has a very smooth feel upon application and is highly pigmented. Can be worn alone or over another colour as a high-impact highlight. Some care is needed when applying, as with all glitter eyeshadows, to avoid dusting of the product on the cheeks - I simply hold a folded tissue under the eye to catch any procuct. Yes, it's pricey for a single palette but it really looks and feels top quality. Helps to use a primer to keep product in place - I use YSL Matt Touch, and I prefer to apply with a medium, tapered brush than use the enclosed sponge.

Firstly I'll just say this is my favorite eye shadow of all time. I purchased the Crystal White and I love it. The color is gorgeous with just the right amount of sparkle. It applies easily and lasts all day.
The compact is great quality and beautiful, Dior must take great pride in creating such a lovely product. I love that the eye shadow looks as though it's been stitched.

The eyeshadow is very shimmery and sparkly, which is exactly what I wanted! It's perfect for any nighttime event. A real eyeshadow brush works better than the applicator provided though. A great product overall!

Glitter anyone?

Maybe I got a bad batch or maybe my glitter threshold is low but this is way to sparkly for me. If my day job were at a disco, this would be my go to shadow but otherwise it's just way to much for daytime. I bought the crystal white looking for a subtle white shimmer that would last the day. This seems to have more glitter than white and the shimmer travels too far away from the eyes. In fact, I loaded the shadown onto my hand to see if I could layer the white to make the glitter less noticable but the white is barely noticeable.
On a positive note, as far as the glitter goes, it's definitely less glittery than a typical glitter shadow so probably a good in between for someone looking to pizazz up the evening eyes without going for the teenage glitter look.

Dior has done it again. I love this shadow. It can be used in the corner of your eye to "open" the look, or under the brow as a high lighter. The shimmer in the shadow is very beautiful. A true silver. You will love this Dior product.

I have this eyeshadow in both crystal white and chrome. I wear both by themselves or with other colors depending on the occasion. I pair Dior eyeshadow with Two Faced shadow insurance. With or with the shadow insurance, the powder stays on, doesn't crease, and the color stays for long hours.

Fabulous simmery silver powder, does not crease all day, only downer is that there is a little too much glitter for me, and it does fall. Even with primer, you will want to re-apply for same gorgeous color.
