I had high hopes for this mascara. It has a cool wand/brush. I was told by the sephora employee that this mascara would not smudge. After 4 hours, i had raccoon eyes. I had black all under my eyes. And it was not from eyeliner bc i dont wear eyeliner under my bottom lashes. Well for $30..... I got a product that was as good as or worse than a drugstore mascara.

Quick Take: volumizing, lengthening, defining
I haven't been trying other mascaras for more than 2 years now, ever since i came across this one, it's the best i've used. Before this i was always jumping from one another. I have thick lashes that a lot of mascaras fail to hold the curves, but with this my curves hold up easily for a whole day, small applicator is perfect for my not so big eyes, and the formula never clumps on my lashes. A little fall out during the day if you have oily skin like me, but it has way more advantages than this tiny flaw, it is not water proof after all(i never liked water proof formula), i don't mind a little touch-up once during the day at all.

Im a mascara junkie, i have tried almost every single mascara out there, but i always keep coming back to this one. For 5 years. Lengthens, and adds volume. Stays like that all day long. I dont usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. Im in love !!

Quick Take: lenghtening
What a great lengthening mascara! I have to admit it is difficult to apply at the beginning and it is still a little tricky even after a while, but it is worth working on. I bought the navy color and I really like it. The only thing I wish it did better is curling the lashes. Or maybe I didn't figure out how to do it yet. Still it is an amazing product. And don't be afraid of its brush :)

Quick Take: does not stay on lashes, stays under eyes
Thank Goodness for Sephora's Great Return Policy ~ This one had to Go, Go, Go. Would still like a good subtle Navy Blue & dark Lavender/Purple. If anyone knows of one as good as the Shu Uemura that goes on, stays on, and is very fine in texture, thus good on older ladies who don't want batty lashes, please let me know.

Quick Take: exceptional, worth the price
I've been using Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes mascara for close to 2 years. I went back to my former Dior mascara for a short while but when time came for a refresh, went BACK to Phenomen'Eyes. The best part is the applicator. If you try it, I don't think you will be sorry if you are looking for control in application, complete lash separation, and great length--it accomplishes all three...and it does not flake or clump. Great mascara and worth every penny.

I was gently accosted at a 5th Ave location and had this brushed on my eyelashes...I was a bit taken aback when I made it to the register but so far I'd say this little bottle is worth $30.
The applicator is amazing and my lashes have never looked longer!
A must-try!

Outstanding on my lashes. Loved the look until my eyelids started burning and my eyelashes were falling out. I specifically told the store clerk who rec'd this product that I needed hypoallergenic makeup and she assured me I'd be OK. It's not hypoallergenic, otherwise it would be fantastic.

It's got a funny little brush that looks a little medieval, it takes a bit of getting used to, but when you get the hang of it, it does make your lashes look longer and more defined. I'm a mascara junkie, and I do like this one alot, but I tend to use it more when I have the time to focus more on application or things can turn clumpy pretty easily. I will probably buy this one again. Dior Show is another of my favorites but more for full volume.

It does lengthens and thickens. The applicator allows me to soat the lashes at the extreme ends easily. I've got this in black and clear. Both I like.
It doesn't smudge or blacken my eyes, although I have very oily eye lids and tend to perspire a lot.
It dries off quite quickly.
I like the fact that when it comes to removing it cleans off easily.
What I don't like is that it doesn't have ingredients to nourish and strengthen my lashes.

I gave this a 4 because I do really like it but, it dries quickly and can be flaky. It does require some patience and a steady hand. I loved they way my lashes looked once i got the hang of it.

This mascara is wonderful! It's a nice navy tint - and it really makes my blue/gray eyes pop. Sometimes I like to use it just on my lower lasher when I'm doing a dramatic eye - benefit They're Real black mascara on top and this on the bottom really makes eyes stand out without looking too overdone. Love it!

Ever since I first began using this mascara I've become OBSESSED (and trust me, Im not a usual makeup addict)! I cannot leave home without using this product. It truly makes my eyes POP!!! This should definitely be on everyone's makeup IT list.

This mascara was ok but I like a fluid buildable mascara so I can get as much length as possible. I use smashbox full exposure and I didn't like his one well enough to change...I did like the brush tho
