Like many, I find it difficult to spend this much money on a serum without knowing if it'll work, but I'm now on my third bottle! I have mild acne-prone skin, dark spots, and skin which was fighting to recover from the cold winter winds. After a few weeks my skin was noticeably brighter, lightening dark spots and visibly healthier. I'm using less foundation and concealer. The product delivers and is well with the price! .

I have been using this product nearly every night for about a month now. My fine lines have nearly dissapeard. I have also noticed a difference in the crease that goes from the outside of my nose to the outside of my mouth. I do use this product along with PeterThomasRoth FirmX Peeling Gel, which I would also recomend.

Quick Take: renewing, fragrance free, firming, reduces appearance of lines
I love this product and noticed a difference in my complexion within a few days of starting treatment. I used to rely upon Retin A, but I'm 56 now and this product delivers much better results. If you use this in tandem with several other Perricone products and follow the Perricone diet, you will not be disappointed. This is the best my skin has ever looked in years.

Quick Take: a great but
I just been using it a small time but I trust the doc - been using his products a long time and never been disappointed - I love the way it feels - no bad smell and my face feels great after - I do use bosia nighttime moisturizer on top of it and the two seem to work well !

I have used this serum for 1 month. Nice results in the morning: my combination skin cleared up and the pores are minimized. I also use Citrus Wash and Face Finishing Moisturizer from Perricone. My only problem is the smell..I will get used to it I guess since I like the results.

If you are like me and have slightly sensitive skin, but are prone to acne (and let's face it women, aren't getting any younger) so you need Retinol but can't handle prescription strength, this product is a "Go To". I've been using it for over 3 years now and a little goes a long way. I really do feel that it's helped to stop the signs of aging, but at the same time my skin is soft and supple. The skin on my neck is too sensitive for it, so I can only use it on my face, but it's not too strong that I can't double it up with my other favorite retinol product, Philosophy's "Help Me." Love, Love, Love. I do have to use another night time cream on top of it though, but the results are worth doubling it up.

Following cleanser and Cold Plasma, this PM treatment leaves your face feeling soft and glowing in the morning. I tend to be lazy when it comes to nightly treatments, but taking the time is so worth it with this product.

Ive used quite a lot of lotions and creams over the years and nothing compares to this! Very high quality, I could tell the difference immediately when I applied it to my skin. No strong odor, it absorbs quickly, non-runny like some serums, and non-irritating. I just started using so I will see how my fine wrinkles look overtime with this. I have a sample size and will definitely invest in a full size.

I've used this for about a month and feel like I have more even skin tone and smaller pores without any irritation to my sensitive skin. It didn't really help with my dryness though. My boyfriend however has been commenting more frequently on my beautiful face so it must be doing something.

I triied a sample from a local Sephora and fell in love!! I applied what I thought was going to be an overpriced waste of time, and woke up with the softest skin i'd ever felt. My skin looked flawless , I was so very impressed and would reccomend this to every woman out there.

I now have dewy, youthful, glowing, healthy skin for the cold winter months. Normally I'm pale and pasty during the winter. It took about 4 weeks to see a difference and some late night party pics to prove it, so just be patient.

First off, I always read Sephora's customer ratings and reviews on this website before I purchase any product in the store, but I have never EVER felt compelled enough to actually write my own review for a product I had tried, until I purchased Perricone MD products. I bought the Nutritive Cleanser, Face Finishing Moisturizer and the High Potency Evening Repair and I was blown away by the results. Even the first application of these products impressed me more than ANY product that I have tried long-term, and trust me, I've invested in my fair share of expensive "miracle" creams that only deliver lackluster results.
I had pretty bad acne when I was younger, so my skin has been exposed to a lot of harsh creams and washes, along with some acne scarring. Suffice it to say, my skin has never been "luminous" and has always seemed out of balance. After trying the Perricone regimen, I was sincerely amazed with the change in the texture and tone of my skin, it was more even, and it really did have a glow to it. After 1 week, my pores shrank, the redness on my face is completely gone, and my skin texture is even and supple. This is truly a miracle product, and I just wanted to take the time to boast, since I was so pleased with my results.
This is hands down the best purchase that I have ever made as far as beauty products go, and it's WELL worth the $$, no matter what your age or skin concern.

Quick Take: non-oily, smoothing, brightening
I use Perricone exclusively(Treatment Bar, Cold Plasma, Super Bright Eyed) but I've been looking for a replacement for my Retin A. My skin just can't handle it and I never built up the 'tolerance' my Derm kept promising. This really made quick work of cleaning up the mess from the Retin A, and for me personally, the results are FAR better. My skin is super smooth, and bright and I'm seeing exactly what was promised. I just ordered the sister product (High Potency Amine) to use over Cold Plasma for daytime because I had such great results with this one. I'm 31 for reference but my skin looked older due to sun worship. Perricone MD has brought it back to life. Every single product has beat all expectations, don't hesitate to purchase anything he creates, but this especially.
