Quick Take: fantastic!
I love this product! It goes on sooooo smooth. It covers very well and the SPF helps me too. It also lasts all day long. I find I don't have to touch up at all through the day and that makes it really nice.

I bought this for my mother who's in her 60s. She has very dry skin and some discoloration. She says it has very good coverage and doesn't look too cakey.

Quick Take: buildable coverage, lightweight
This is a no-fuss foundation. I use this on days where I don't have time or don't need to do a flawless routine. It's quick and easy and it looks and feels like I have nothing on my face. The first layer doesn't cover everything, but it is definitely buildable. My only complaint is that I can look a little shiny. I have combination skin and it can settle into my dry skin, so I'd recommend this more for normal skin. I'd repurchase because of how fast and easy it is to apply!

Smooth coverage

I've been using this in O60 for years. This is the only foundation I've found that compliments my skin and goes on smoothly. Smooth when applying and blends to skin tone very easily. Not cakey at all, or oily. I use smashbox concealer, on a few of my problem areas and under my eyes after I apply this foundation. I never leave the house without it!

Quick Take: buildable coverage, smooth flawless finish
By far the best foundation I've ever used. I'm 40 and it gives me a dewy finish that doesn't dry my face out. I have semi-dry skin on cheeks but oily on my nose and it feels great all day. The BEST part is that unlike liquid foundations, if I need to reapply in the evening before going out, I found that I don't have to wash my face, take all my make up off, and start over - I just swipe some right over the top and add some blush and it's good as new. Whoever said it was cakey must have applied too much. You can make it as light or as thick as u want. I have been using this for 5 years and I will never switch. I have some freckles and it hides them well - gives you a very smooth finish.

It really just not for me, it made my skin cakey. I mean I had try other product that cakes even more, but the point of makeup is to make your skin flawless or near it, but it didn't do much for me. I have really dry skin so I really need a foundation that hydrate and this did not cut it.

I love shopping and checking the reviews...so thisvwas the first mistake I made.. I heard about how great shiseido was..and this did not match me at all..for a little refill pack was not even worth it..I tried on the first day and said to myself why was my face so oily?! Then I tried for more couple days and everyone notice my face looked strange..! Yes I know bout my shade for my face but this was not working for me at all! Especially I thought it was great for Asian apparently not for me! :(

If you like compact makeup, you will totally love this. It actually feels cool when applied to the skin. You can build your coverage and the moisture is unbelievable. I am sold, just hope they do not cancel. Every time I find a compact makeup I like they change it or discontinue. This is better than any I have ever used.

every now and again i'll give some new foundation on the market a try.. and nothing else ever does the job so well, with so little.. shiseido has created a perfect product with this make up.. awesome coverage without having to "build it up" .. long lasting and moisturizing for your skin.

This foundation feels cool when you apply it. It is soothing and has a nice finish. It looks as good in the evening as it does when I first put it on. I chose Ochre 020, which seems to be the perfect shade for my Mac NC30 coloring.

I love this foundation! It evens out skin tone while providing adequate coverage that doesn't feel heavy. It looks very natural, and lasts all day without touch-ups (and without looking shiny or oily). I have very sensitive skin, and have never had an issue with this product (I have used it for more than 10 years now!). I would defintely recommend it to friends and family members!!
